CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Development

I chose to study the CIPD Level 5 qualification to strengthen my knowledge and improve my chances of progressing into an HR role, which has now become a reality! I chose e-Careers after researching online reviews and comparing training providers. The course was competitively priced and accessible, and also faster to achieve than ACCA, which was very important for me as a working mum.

My learning journey so far has been positive. I have started Unit 1 of Level 3, and the content is easy to follow and well structured. You can study on your own time from the books delivered to you. While the platform provides access to a wide variety of learning materials and supporting documents, making independent study much easier. The online tutor support is available to answer questions whenever needed.

My experience with customer support has been great whenever I reached out for help. Mr
Jibok Wright was guiding me step by step. Although I have not yet interacted directly with my tutor, as I only recently restarted my studies after a nearly year-long pause, it is reassuring to know that support is available.

When first looking at providers for my AAT studies, I found that e-Careers was by far the cheapest option I could find, which worried me at first, but I decided to take the plunge.
e-Careers offer the most flexible way for me to learn, the resources they offer have allowed me to study at my own pace and nail all of my exams from AAT Level 2 to Level 4, with nearly all results coming in at 90%+.
The tutor, Karen, always answers any queries in a very timely manner. I can't always make the live sessions, but there is always a recording of each live session added to the resources which makes studying that much easier.
I would recommend e-Careers without reservation.

I haven't started the course yet, so I can't comment on that, but certainly the registration/sign-up process was fantastic.
I had lots of questions, so I phoned them and Marshal answered all my questions, helped me get registered, talked me through everything. He made the process easy.

I had a great enrolling service. The course consultant i spoke to was extremely enthusiastic about the course and explained how great the course is with regards to the work experience aspect (AAT lvl2 in accounting with work experience). He explained how helpful and informative this course is and that its a great start if you have no experience in accounting. Extremely easy to talk to, will definitely contact them again when i have questions.
