The process was easy with quick response.

My Sri Lankan visa arrived very quickly so I was very pleased. Good communication too.

Terrible experience, completed form, paid electronically only to be diverted to another page for " screening purposes," this page said payment had failed, so checked and sure enough no payment taken from.bank. re did application and got same problem so now paid c£660, again bank - barclays - who are equally useless- said no payment taken, went back to site which had cleared all entered info. Looked for a contact, no contact listed on site. Gave up
3 hours later bothbtransactions going out of my bank, no confirmation from e.visa, no acknowledgement. Not to be trusted, waiting now until Monday to resolve because barclays can't be bothered to provide any service over a weekend. Total utter car crash

I’m am very satisfied, the application was very straightforward.

It was fairly straightforward to fill in the form and the response to any errors were clear and helpful.
It was great to be able to do forms for myself and husband together

Scam. Once I realized that they overcharge 5 x I requested a refund and was eligible for one. Of course the refund request was ignored

E visa is rubbish idea whom give advice to home office the card visa was ok with e visa you must wait Long time like a 2 hours to find your details in Europe airports uk government. Didn’t update with them yet

The official Government service for Canada provides a via within minutes for a $7 fee. Why would anyone use a service which is slower and charges substantially more?

Ok so you have to pay a fee for this service but the form is easy to fill in and understand. There are also guidelines on how to take relevant photos of documents etc. Very fast return with my ESTA. I will use this service again.
