What a great experience I had at the ear clinic in Stepps. Leighann was thoroughly professional from the start to finish of my appointment. She spoke me through every step of the procedure putting me at ease. What a difference I felt after, no more pressure in my ears and a massive improvement to my hearing. I was impressed with how the condition of my ears was explained to me and I found looking at the pictures of my inner ears fascinating. The staff where happy to take the time to explain the procedure and after treatment they explained what I needed to do going forward with treatment.
