Fantastic service from Issy at The Willows!
I'd been suffering from crackling in one ear for around 2 years and nothing seemed to help. A friend then recommended a visit to Issy and within 20 minutes the crackling had gone!
Issy really put me at ease and explained everything in detail which was very reassuring.
Spotlessly clean clinic with very reasonably priced treatments.

Issy is very friendly and professional and went beyond the normal service by giving me advice about my hearing aids and how to clean them.

I was very pleased with the service from Izzy. Everything was explained and in the end I was only charged £20 since Izzy said my ears did not need syringing.

Excellent experience, well presented inside, very nice. Treated kindly, with respect. I got my time wrong but was still seen and ear issue resolved painlessly and quickly. Issy the owner and specialist was highly professional in her manner, warm and friendly. I first was treated by Issy when she first set her business up, on this visit I saw how much she’s developed it, and how good it all looks.

Issy made my stepfather feel very welcome, and dealt with his ears by both micro-suction and syringing, explained everything she was going to do, best £60 spent, would definitely recommend.

Issy carried out microsuction to efficiently remove wax from my ears. I was concerned as I have a grommet inserted in one ear but Issy reassured me that this would not be a problem and she patiently explained the process. I would have no hesitation to recommend her services.

I'd been putting this off and finally got round to it. So pleased I did. Not only are my ears clear (which was achieved quickly and painlessly) but meeting Issy was such a joy. I highly recommend her.

I recently had my ears syringed by Issy at the Willows and would have no hestitaion in recommending her to anyone. She is personal in her approach to what is required specifically for you. She put me at ease with her knowledge and experience and gave me good advice going forward. On top of that shes lovely!

First time visit after a personal recommendation by a friend. In fact it was the first time I’d ever needed to get my ears looked at and was a bit shocked with the lump of wax removed from my right ear, instant relief.
