Excellent customer service. The ear wax removal was explained in easy to understand detail. I was made very comfortable and the procedure only took around 5 mins and was painless. I thoroughly recommend them and will return when the time comes to have the procedure again.

Fantastic service would recommend and good value for money

Very quick and easy to make a booking. Moved from a competitor because of long delay before appointment available. Online Date/time of available slots was extremely helpful, so I could fit my visit round other activities. Actual booking system did not work properly to start with.

It is an enormous comfort to our family to have found Simon to look after our 92 year old Dad's hearing. Dad had very little hearing left when we first met Simon a few months ago. His expertise has given Dad back enough hearing to be able to communicate with us again. We wish we'd found Simon years ago. He is professional, dedicated, personable, kind, caring and reassuring. I was unable to use my hearing aid as getting lots of feedback from it, audiology advised I needed to have the wax removed from my ear which was causing the feedback. I called The Ear Specialist late on a Friday afternoon, and even though they were fully booked, they understood how stressed it was making me feel and fitted me in that same evening! Thank you so much Simon and team, I’m now able to fully enjoy having hearing in both ears again and join back in life properly again 🤩

I was made to feel really comfortable and had everything explained in a way that was easy to understand. Made to understand how my hearing loss can affect me and things I can do to help myself in busy situations.

This is the second time I've seen Simon and I truly cannot speak too highly of him. Not only is he a lovely guy, who takes the time to understand me and my issues, but he's a top top professional (and I've seen a few!). I have some hearing loss and may one day need aids, but he's never tried to push me into buying some - quite the opposite. His suction-based wax removal is quick, painless and very efficient. If you have any issues with you ears whatsoever, go and see him!

Very professional and punctual

I had an ear problem two days before going on holiday. Got in touch and was seen late on that day. The problem was quickly fixed. I was also impressed either Simon’s manner and professionalism. Looking around his surgery I saw quite a lot of new equipment. I will certainly go back if I have any more ear problems.
