Brought a pair of Issy Star earrings for my Mum for Christmas and on the first wear, one of them fell off and she lost it. We think she didn't click it in place as securly as she thought she had. Couldn't find it anywhere. I got in contact with Ear Sass, and I was able to buy a replacement which was appreciated. It came the next day which I was impressed with as I ordered it early afternoon.

Mum is happy now which is the main thing. Thanks for the great customer service.

There was a delay on my order as there had been so many pairs of Isy Star ear rings ordered since the Princess of Wales wore a pair on the television!
I was kept informed of the progress and many apologies for the delay.
Eventually they arrived and are beautiful! Excellent value for the money, I love them!

Great choice of jewellery. I bought earrings and it wasn't easy to choose as they all looked fabulous. From ordering to delivery took a couple of weeks. I was so excited to receive and the quality on opening the box didn't disappoint. They are beautiful. Can't wait to wear them I feel could be worn with any outfit. Definitely reccomend and would buy again.

Order the Issy star earrings in the triple pack of all 3 colours . I knew before ordering that there would be a wait as Ear Sass had stated this is due to popular demand . I was kept upto date with emails over the following weeks apologising each time and giving a predicted delivery time . The longer than anticipated wait was not a problem for me as I received them way before Christmas. I chose Ear Sass as these are for a charity and they are good quality .i am very happy with the service I have received and would buy from them again

This company is amazing and the Izzy Star earrings are terrific quality and a really good charity supported by the company due to a personal tragedy. I just wish I had ordered the set of 3 pairs instead of just one pair. There was a delay in shipping as they had an unbelievable response after a tv program showing Princess Catherine wearing a pair they gifted her. I was so pleased for them as their orders went through the roof and they kept apologising for the delay keeping me informed all the way until I received them. I can say they were well worth the wait and I have lots of compliments. Well done all involved.
