It was 9 pm and Earth Breeze customer service manage my subscription right away.

Best Customer service. My product was late and as soon as I let them know, they rushed out another product. The communication was always quick and polite. I'm sold on this product, but even more so because of their greatest service!!

Earthbreeze is our only choice for doing laundry for the past 2 years. Your clothing comes out very clean without residue and the fibers don’t break down. No need for softeners. Great for the environment and their customer service is excellent.

Contacting Company & There Taking Care Of A Order Not Received

I had questions about why I was receiving an order after canceling my subscription. I reached out to customer care and received excellent help from Jess - Customer Delight Specialist. I learned what the problem was and given the info to help me understand why. I’m very pleased with the ECO friendly product. I will continue to use the product and order as needed.

I've been using Earth Breeze Laundry Sheets for quite some time. I love the convient reorder process. The sheets work very well for me. I also love not buying laundry detergent in those plastic containers. Earth Beeze is the way to go! Thier customer service is awesome. Fast and friendly!

The company has fast and great support services through email. I replied to an email and got a response within minutes. They are super kind, too.

Jess answered my first message an hour after I sent it! Was surprised at the rapid response. She was able to carry out my request and send an email back assuring it had been completed. When the package was lost in transit , I emailed back and she was able to reorder rapidly, sending an email with updated info and in the next couple of days my package was received. Wonderful customer service!!

I appreciate how fast I receive my orders and the great deals Earthbreeze has. My family loves the fresh scents. My laundry comes out looking great (especially my grandson's grass stains). I have recommended this product to my whole family. Im happy I gave them a try.

Love having clean clothes and not having to fill the landfill with gigantic jugs. Great product with equally great customer service. I’ve been using this product for 2+ years and am very satisfied from a price and quality standpoint.
