looking for organic and natural fibers to keep warm this year I found the thermals I purchased from Earth Wardrobe are cosy warm and long to keep my lower back warm. They don't cause static, feel really comfortable and are not clingy which i get with synthetic items. I would def recommend these well made natural product

I'm writing this as I am STILL waiting for exchanges to arrive. I returned items on 20 August and today is 11 September.
The initial delivery was also slow....Please be aware of this.

I ordered clothing on their website. The delivery kept on being pushed out. Communication with the owner is unreliable (sometimes he answers, sometimes he doesn't). It feels there is only one person working in that company. It's been almost 15 days, no delivery and no idea if it will ever be delivered.
Stay away from this company, not sure where all those positive reviews are coming from.

Super happy with this! Arrived really quickly and the quality is spot on. The material is really comfy and the thickness is perfect — not too hot, not too thin, so I can wear it in late summer as well as winter. Hands down one of the nicest hoodies I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back for another!

I'm extremely happy with the quality of the products and would definitely use this company again.
The only issue is they are a little slow and didn't seem to have mastered logistics at the time of ordering. Customer care is very good.
I am rooting for them to succeed and improve on this as I absolute love the impressive range and quality they provide.

I read the reviews here prior to purchasing and deciding to go ahead with ordering and I'm very glad I did! The items I ordered were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. After reading the reviews I also made a note to check my sizing properly before ordering. The owner Chris has kindly emailed since to check in which is so lovely. After a previous 2 orders with this Company, where deliveries were painfully slow, I was dubious to order again.
This order just received definitely deserves 4 stars, fast delivery and all items fit perfect. Dropped one star as packaging was not that good. Just an outer bag for all 4 items no labels on any of the T shirts. Luckily couriers were careful and bag was not damaged or I fear garments would of been.

Excellent service and communication. Lovely products too. Would definitely recommend and buy from Earth Wardrobe again

Love love love! These clothes feel so nice are a great style and super comfy. I've had to exchange for a different size for some items which has been super easy to do. I will definitely be buying more from Earth Wardrobe. Great for your body, health and the environment.

My wife ordered 3 T Shirts and had to return all 3. Tracking shows they have been received but no refund has been made and all attempts to contact are ignored by the company. The picture of their premises on Google maps shows them to be little more than a shed and they are not registered at companies house. Avoid using unless you want disappointment.

This is a small company that is clearly trying their best to provide good service. In my case, the delivery and refund process took a bit longer than expected, but once I reached out to them, everything was handled quickly and smoothly.

Great quality and very soft cotton t-shirts. Good range of colours, generous fit at competitive prices. Good customer service. Very pleased with my purchases, would be happy to buy here again and recommend to others.

I ordered 2 hoodies and a T shirt. I am really happy with the quality but one of the hoodies was too big.
I e mailed the company asking how to exchange but got no reply so I returned one and ordered another. The replacement came quickly and is perfect but I still haven’t received my refund or heard anything from the company despite reaching out by social media and e mail. I returned the item 2 weeks ago.
I would use Earth Wardrobe again now I’m more confident with sizing and would have given a 5 star review. There just seems to be an issue with customer service?

I bought three t shirts, they arrived promptly, the fit is excellent, they made of good quality materials and the dye colours are excellent. Customer service is great.

The products are good quality and very reasonable price. Fit is good and the communication from the company is excellent.
Will be using them again.

Edited. Tellingly. No reviews on website. Plenty on Trustpilot where ANYONE can leave a review, note hardly any with “verified”. The good ones, probably paid for from a marketing company. Company owner cannot understand why I got so irate. Only replies to emails once he knows the items have been delivered. Completely ignores the ones that say to cancel order after failed delivery promises. Told him when I first chased the order that if I wasn’t going to get by Saturday, then don’t bother as going away and will be too late. Chose to ignore that. Then when items did not arrive as promised, emailed again to say cancel, ignored that too. Finally get a dispatch email, 2 days later after promised delivery for. Saturday. Items have now been left outside by Royal Mail. Can’t even check if the correct items have actually been sent (highly doubt it) now I have to mess around returning the items that I said not to send, TWICE. They had plenty of time to send my order or at the very least advise if delays. No that’s far too much to ask. Wouldn’t have got it at all if I hadn’t of chased it. Never in my years of online shopping have I encountered a company as bad as this. If you don’t mind being stressed out dealing with their incompetence, not expect your orders to be received anywhere near the promised dispatch date, chasing refunds for returned items, then ignore all the bad reviews and order away. The arrogance of Chris is off the scale. Try’s to guilt trip you that you shouldn’t have a problem because the orders now been delivered.
I’ve had to request a chargeback on my credit card.
Ordered and not dispatched so chased up after allowing 9 days to get a dispatch email (website states delivery in 5 days)
Was promised delivery by Saturday, still no dispatch email! Told them Saturday morning to cancel order and refund me. I finally get a dispatch email today (ordered on the 1st Aug) tracking not showing anything because it’s not been sent. Just trying to buy more time because looking at other reviews. Items are probably not even in stock! This company thinks they can send orders as and when they feel like it. Re iterated by email (that’s the only way you can contact this one man band) I do not want the order now as it’s too late and don’t bother sending and issue a refund. Being ignored, will let the credit card company deal with the chargeback. Avoid this “company” like the plague
