Placed my order, everything was going well until I saw my error of giving the wrong Post (Zip) Code.
I had 3 orders from 3 different suppliers on the way to me all with the wrong address. I Emailed the support team at earthyblissco, Immediate response from Sarah and over the course of the entire shipping process the follow up was fantastic, I finally got my order and can't thank Earthy Bliss enough. A true 5 STAR Company to do business with.

Pleased I took a chance...
I have quite a variety of knives and none of them can cut bread decently. I've been intrigued by the bow knife design. When they ran their special buy one get one, I seized the opportunity to buy my brother a gift and gift myself as well. I love it. No more crushing my loaf while trying to cut a slice. And it even helps my slice a bit more evenly since I can better see where I'm slicing. The booklet on sourdough was an added bonus also.
Customer service was an added bonus as well. I had a problem downloading the booklet and Sarah kindly sent it to me in a pdf file.

Knife great. Cutting boards not so great.
I ordered two cutting boards and one of the special knives. I have used one cutting board for about 4 weeks and it is already showing signs of cracking. This does not appear to be a durable product.
The knife is terrific for cutting sourdough. I love it.
