Only received half my order and no response from company
I ordered 3 items-a knife and 2 bread bags. Included was a free book.
I received the knife very quickly but not the bags. When I ordered, the knife appeared to be a separate shipping from the bags and the book.
The tracking order on the bags say they were delivered at the same time as the knife.
I did not recieve them. I have emailed the company twice with no response. Their website states they will replay within 12-24 hours. It has been over 48 hours and 2 emails. There is no phone number to call. Very disappointing- this is a Christmas gift and now I am out the gift and apparently the money I spent on this. Will have to shop elsewhere and hope it gets here on time.
Their products might be good but zero customer service.

Counterfeit postage and package seized
Went to track package as it should not have taken this long to receive, only to find out that it was seized by the USPS for counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. I have contacted support and am waiting to see what is going to be done to resolve this situation. Disappointing that what appears to be a reputable company is obviously using a shipping partner which is not. I have never seen or heard of this happening. Will come back and update once company reaches out to resolve.

Counterfeit Postage and AI response?
I placed and order and it shipped from California a couple days later. After a week in USPS control I was advised that the package was seized by the post office for, get this, counterfeit postage. It even shows on their own tracking page.
No answer on the phone number, nor response to text messages (their VM requests a text). I sent an email which was an obvious/likely AI response suggesting that I contact USPS and maybe pay them any fees due.
Still awaiting a response for my request for a refund. What a mistake.
I’ve actually never seen a company accused of counterfeit postage before, so I saved the screenshots. Unfortunately I can’t post them here.

Great company to do business with, and their product, the bread knife is the best!! We made sourdough bread this weekend, and the knife worked better cutting it than any we have ever tried before. So happy with it and highly recommend it to all!!

I bought this knife for my daughter and she was thrilled to have it. She FaceTimed me as she opened it. It looks like it’s good quality and just as described. Also, the customer service was terrific as I had an issue with the mailing address. They corrected the address and rerouted the knives where I wanted them to go.

My daughter was given this knife as a wedding gift. For Thanksgiving, she made a sourdough loaf and brought along her knife.
It’s truly incredible! It slices without squishing. It glides through the bread’s outer crust without crushing it. You can pick your thickness of the slice so effortlessly. And, it has a little cover over the knife edges (easily removable) that allows it to sit safely next to your bread without worry of little hands grabbing it and cutting themselves. I bought 3 for Christmas gifts! (Now, I have to convince my daughter to make her beautiful loaves so I can give the knives with the bread! ☺️ That will make the best gift!)

According to the tracking information, your order was successfully delivered on December 1st in Eustis to the door/yard. Sometimes carriers do not send notifications, but the delivery was confirmed on their end
If you are unable to locate the package at your property, we recommend checking around porches, with neighbors, or in a secure delivery area. Please let us know if you still cannot locate it, and we will do our best to assist further

It took almost a month for my knives to arrive. I had a shipping notification that they had left the airport ask my last update and no notification that they were delivered. Thank goodness I was home to get them off my porch before someone took them. Was not expecting it to take approximately a month to receive them. Interesting experience changing the blade from RH to LH
Received my parcel in good order, and set about changing the blade for LH. The blade is tremendously sharp as my husband and I found out. He had to go and apply a bandaid halfway through the exercise. Once set up ( and the screws need alot of turning), I used it on a sourdough loaf, and it just glided through the bread. Very satisfying!! Thank you!!

This was my second order from Earthybliss over the past 12 months. Unfortunately this order disappeared due to the delivery company in my country. All inquiries with them were totally a waste of time andvthey were very unhelpful. When I contacted Earthybliss they could not have been more helpful. Sarah took ownership of my problem and immediately dispatched replacement knives. As they were intended as Christmas presents it was getting time critical. The replacement knives yesterday, not just what I ordered but also a gift from Earthybliss to make up for the inconvenience. I did not ask for this as it was not Earthybliss' problem that my first order went missing, it was the transport company. However I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Would I reccommended this company. Yes absolutely. These knives are fantastic for cutting sourdough, far better than my.old bread knife.
