Easee works well and realible. Co-operation with local car loading AI app both Tesla and local Finnish power companies is seamless. In Finland many power distribution/manufacturing companies are taking peak load surcharges into use. I hope Easee will be taking this into the development of new software versions of load balancers.

The 5-star rating comes from the innovative approach with beta-functionality. In my case specifically the possibility to balance and ”blend” charging with grid and solar.

Easy app and a chargers that works flawlessly.

My charger is set up for 7,2 kW, 2x32A. After a couple of years that went down to 6 kW.
Now, after 5 years it's only giving 3,5 kW, which is same as 2x16A.
I think it should last longer. I might call for an electrician, but that would cost the same as a new one.

I'v had my Easee home charger for several years now and it has worked 100% perfect all the time.

On one car the ground on a internal circuitboard went bad and the charger stoped spot on and indicated a fault. I took the car to the repair shop and they fixed the car on warranty and then the charger ones again charged the car without a problem for years - this prooves the Easee charger is safe and that the built in safety features works perfect in real world scenarios.

I've had five different electrified cars since my Easee charger got installed (Kia Optima Phev, Kia Ceed Phev gen 1, Kia Ceed Phev gen 2, Kia Niro EV and now a Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD 2025) and my Easee charger has worked perfect on everyone of them.

I am a 100 % happy customer of the Easee charger.

It is difficult to remember where to adjust power limitation (by adjusting maximal current). It could be more obvious to find.

Poor performance that a user is blocked from using the schedule function in the Easee app.

Easy to use, works always. Adustable settings and access through cloud solution. Fine tune charging hours and power through a very good and intuitive app. In use for over 5 years.

Good integration with Tibber.
There is an API for controlling the charging.
Working app.
Only negative thing is that they cheated on the CE certification, so it was unclear if our charger would be withdrawn.

Not happy with eualizer
It is always giving much too low energy.

Does the job. Simple to use. Adding a device that checks load on the breakers and postpones car charging if other household devices are demanding energy is a big improvement.
