Don‘t book with this company: they let down a family with small children. When we arrived at the Edinburgh branch, we had to wait a long time, as they built in a new battery into a new VW Grand California which was already strange. After a 2h drive the battery was still at 0% which meant that the food in the fridge got bad, the waterpump wasn‘t working, we had no light etc. and the guy from the VW emergency number couldn‘t do anything. It took another 2 days, lots of phonecalls and a really bad time until we could finally exchange the battery in a nearby city. Stood out that there was a really old, leaking battery in the new Grand California which wasn‘t the original one and not even a leisure battery (thus much weaker). Even with the new battery things didn‘t work well: the battery wouldn‘t load up while plugged in, so we had to drive around for many hours every day. The easicampers team told us all the time not to worry and that we would get the money back, that they would pay for fuel and campsites. But then they never got into contact with me, didn’t answer the message I left with the assistant manager, never replied my e-mails and completely ignored me afterwards. If you get a faulty campervan you would expect the company to exchange it immediately and pay you back for the extra costs and the bad days you had due to the problem. Easicampers did nothing of that. It‘s been 1,5 month, I have talked to them in person, sent receipts, pictures and detailed descriptions and I’m still waiting for an answer. So better book with another company that looks after its customers.

Wow what a fantastic company! Absolutely professional staff who were kind, courteous and informative. Ted, Debbie and Liam in the office were so polite and helpful especially as we were traveling with children. Dealt with Aran and Jordan as well who both went out their way to wish is a great trip and made sure our van was spotless and well maintained. We will certainly be back!

Last year we hired a camper from Easicampers. Contact with the staff was very quick and nice, camper was clean inside with everything we needed. It was so good, that we are hiring out another camper from this company this year as well!

I love the fact it’s a family run business and everyone we encountered on the phone or in person seemed invested . Minor blips with vans but non major and nothing spoilt the wonderful experience . The manager in the Edinburgh branch was particularly helpful . I would recommend them and the toleno vehicle . Comfy bed and loved the space and the light with the extra windows . A really memorable trip with confidence .

Just back from a wee trip to the Scottish Islands of Mull and Arran. Great van, great service, great people to deal with at the Edinburgh office. We will be back next year for another trip, hopefully with another 6 berth van.

Everyone was easy to deal with and a friendly service; both head office and locally in Edinburgh.
We hired Fiat Tolenos; or weeklong trips to the Highlands (2021) and Yorkshire (2022), which proved to be a great van for us and our dog.

Recently hired a camper for 4 days. Picked up from Birmingham Airport, Joseph was great and went through everything and the van was perfect. Had a great time and will definitely use again. Was easy and no stress. Cheers all. James

We hired an Imala for over Christmas. Its was brilliant. Easy to drive and plenty of space and comfort inside. We managed to cook a full Christmas dinner and had a beautiful trip across Scotland. Will definitely hire again. Ted, Claire and team at Broxburn were very knowledgeable and friendly and made hiring very easy.

We’ve used several companies for motor homes and Easi Campers have by far been our favourite. Ted and the team were very professional and van was immaculate.

5 days after we came home from our vacation in Scotland the company suddenly (and illegally) charged 360 pounds from our account. They did not call me or contact me by email before they did that which I find really offensive and bad customer service. We have a report that shows we returned the van without any new damage, so we still cannot figure out why this amount has been charged.
I have tried contacting easicampers by email and by phone, and they just keep ignoring everything. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Sad that such a great vacation is ruined by easicampers.

If you do not want to be scammed and have your vacation ruined, then find another company to rent your van from.

Simply a scam.
They kept over £1000 on the deposit without any proof. after several complaints they returned a part but it still lacks £250.
Add to that problems like the heating not working, a leak on the water tank, engine lights… in short, flee

Amazing week away in Scotland. First time in a motorhome, nice and cosy with everything we needed. (2 adults, 2 children). Easy enough to drive and manoeuvre if you are happy driving a decent size van. Excellent and friendly service from everyone at Easicampers. Friendly office staff and excellent demo of how everything worked before we set off. We paid for the reduced excess for piece of mind. Will definitely be booking with Easicampers again🤩

We are just back from our third holiday in an Easicampers motorhome and cannot rate this company highly enough. We hired from the Edinburgh branch and the team are professional and super helpful, the booking process straightforward and the vehicles are mostly new, well equipped and super clean. They have anything you might need available for hire from tables and chairs, lovely cosy bedding/towel packs to barbecues and even hammocks! Unfortunately, we didn't get the weather to use ours as much as we would have liked, but we are already thinking about another trip! Thank you Ted and team.

Hi i have just returned from a race trip to Cartmel which has been cancelled twice due to the pandemic.i have found this company to be professional at all times and the quality of the vehicles we hired were top class.lisa,kellie and Terry were very easy to deal with.i would have no issue using this company again.

Hired a motohome from easicampers in Wigan for Glastonbury with my 2 brother. Top class service from start to finish. Really could not fault the friendly staff and amazing motohome. Will be booking agai. For next year.

Great experience all the way through. Simple booking process very helpful staff and the vehicle itself was in great condition and spotlessly clean. Used them for the 1st time in July and we have now booked with them again in November.

After thinking about staying in B&Bs and Guesthouses we (family two adults, two kids (2/4)) decided to be more independent and looked up companies for hiring a campervan. After some searching and spotting the main players we stumbled upon EasiCampers. They offered a VW California with configurable accessories from blankets to mobile toilets which was very nice to choose from. It's a family run business and you really feel they want to do a good job, and they did. We picked up the car in Edinburgh. You have to take a taxi to get there, because it's in an industrial estate, which was hard to find for the taxi driver. This is because the whole estate is quite big. Some signs to lead from entrance to where they are would help. The campervan we got was almost new, clean and equipped with everything you can imagine. We got some good advise on how to use it.

After 10+ days on the road we returned and were happy we had choosen Easicampers. Calling a day before we returned, Ted gave us some additional hours before we had to return it, so we weren't in a hurry on that day. You see, at Easicampers everything is very pragmatic and not complicated.

We only had one downside. The fridge somehow had a perfume smell from the previous customer and we weren't able to get rid of it. So we had to pack food airtight, so it doesn't absorb the perfume smell.

So our first ever holiday in a campervan was a great success. Thanks to the whole crew. Carry on, you have a great business and are very customer friendly.

We rented a FIAT Toleno L for a week around Scotland up till the Isle of Skye and we had such a great experience. The van was in fantastic conditions and the personal was supportive and responding in seconds for any question we had during our trip. The pickup location is right next to the airport, which makes it really convenient. EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED!!!

Booking was easy, price competitive, staff super friendly and helpful before, during and after the hire. Van was clean, low mileage and adequately equipped. Small mistake... I paid for a full gas bottle and discovered after leaving it was empty. To be fair, I'd only asked for this extra to be added the day before collection, I easily sourced new gas locally to where I was, and I was refunded in full when I returned. Gas was also not working to run the fridge but a simple email exchange and phone call to the Wigan team talked me through a reset that solved the issue. Of course, not having any issues is always best but, when something happens, it's how the issues are dealt with that matters and the team got the solution to me in double quick time...

Tip for other novice hirers... Take some bungie straps with you of various lengths!

What an amazing bunch of people to deal with, we’ll definitely be back again. We rented a Ford Zefiro 675 Which was out of this world, it was clean and in immaculate condition. All controls fully explained and the handover process at the beginning and end of the trip was done very efficiently.
I’d highly recommend Easicampers to anyone. They have an amazing choice of vans and will have something to suit your needs. Definitely rent from here, you won’t be disappointed.
