I placed an order with the…

I placed an order with the understanding that you could make more than 1 batch of yogurt per $15 bag. Well I asked the question and also asked if it is just 1 pint per pack please cancel the order and refund me. I received a reply of yes it is 1 pint per container and they would issue a refund per my request. Well that was over a week ago and since then: no refund, got the shipment instead. Said fine since you are not responding to any emails now I’ll try it out. Well nothing sets up. Nothing has become yogurt at all. Liquid still after following their instructions, which wasn’t very helpful, and waiting 10 hrs and liquid. Well if you read the fine print on the packs it states do not store below 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Well guess what. Living in south Texas it’s hotter than that while in shipping. So needless to say no refund, a product that doesn’t work, and no communication from the company after the first response. Trying to dispute with my bank along with the photos of liquid water and the email of the promised refund. Don’t waste your time. If anything else get an instant pot or other method of making yogurt. Also their ingredients are very questionable on how really good they are.

Good guy health

Absolutely love my Easiyo yoghurt maker plus sachets bought via QVC, have a small amount most days, helps that it contains the good bacteria we need, flavours are great as always especially the lime and coconut, my favourite at the moment.

unacceptable amount of sugar

look at label. 7.8 grams of sugar for 100 grams. not only mixes expensive they are rip off. you are basically paying for sugar disguised as plant based food. take any coconut based yogurt already made and sold in supermarket it is fraction of sugar compared with this powder. you want to get type 2 diabetes keep wasting your money on this dangerous product
