Shop pressure treated timber battens for garden screens, trellis construction, repairs and custom outdoor timber projects. Despite this being treated wood. Within a few days of the wood being put up across our garage to make a slatted trellis effect, the wood has bent and warped.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced movement in the battens. Even though all our timber is pressure treated, it is still a natural material and can occasionally bend or warp as it adjusts to changes in moisture and temperature once installed. This is a common characteristic of sawn timber products and not necessarily a fault with the treatment itself.
We do our best to select and prepare timber to minimise this, but some movement is always possible. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with our team as we continually look at ways to improve our products.
