East Midlands Boilers made a great job of installing my new boilers and heating system last year and have backed that up with it's first service, all the lads that have worked at my home have been very friendly, care about doing a good job and giving top class customer service I would highly recommend this local company to anyone.

Really good and professional service

Rich and his team installed a new boiler which had to be moved from its original site, it took 3 days and the install couldn’t have been smoother. They are a very professional team with Rich explaining what the plan was and how things were going throughout. They are friendly, communicative, punctual and thorough and we would highly recommend them.

So glad after many years of trying to find a company that are reliable and trustworthy. East Midland Boilers have been servicing our boiler and looking after our central heating system for a number of years so when we had an emergency caused by a leaking tank they were the first ones to call. Can’t thank them enough for how quickly they fixed the problem and not forgetting Georgia in the office who helped to organise it all

Turned up on time, did exactly what they said they would and made sure everything was right inside before they left for the day Rich worked late to try to get the boiler working earlier than planned as it was so cold, Only 2 minor areas they can improve. Communication leading upto the installation could be better, sometimes left a little bit in limbo as to what was happening. After finishing the job. Left us a bit to clean up outside. Really professional people who were friendly and respectful of our house. Feel the rating would be 4.5 if I could as improvement comments were fairly minor but system only allows whole stars. Overall would definitely recommend.

As a landlord I have used Rich and co for several years now for all my gas and heating requirements, including LPG gas checks. Always prompt, excellent communication, first class work.

Found this Company on Rated Tradespeople , I would definately recommend them. As soon as I advertised they got intouch and booked me in when it was convenient for me. On the day the engineer rang and asked if he could come an hour early, which was great . The engineer was very polite, took his shoes off !! and talked me through the whole service. He then explained what the next step was regarding payment, and within a short time of him leaving, I received confirmation of my boiler service and ways to pay. They also will contact next year .
