Excellent boiler service. Rich and team is quite pro in boiler check and service.

Also, in first 10 mins they detected a gas leak and fixed it immediately. Impressed.

East Midlands Boilers are an amazing company I called them out for my mother in law on a Saturday they came out Monday to have a look at her boiler and we all agreed that a new boiler would be better than trying to fix the old one. They came out two days later to install a new boiler. An amazing company definitely would recommend this company very reliable left not a single bit of mess an amazing price for the boiler very quick no call out charge and all the staff very polite. CHOOSE EAST MIDLANDS BOILER

Rich and his team are amazing. We had 2 new boilers with them at both our properties along with some new radiators. They were the cleanest contractors I’ve ever experienced, really hard working and lovely and friendly. It was a pleasure having them in our home each day. The install was seamless and the finished job was really neat. Our new boilers have been brilliant and made such a difference to our heating and bills! Nothing was too much trouble for them, always picking up our calls or messages when we had any. I couldn’t recommend them enough and as soon as we’re ready for our bathroom Reno they will be the first people we call :)

Great service, and flexibility

We finally had to say goodbye to our Ideal Boiler after 24 years of very reliable service.
To find a reliable Gas fitting company was a challenge …no shows, overpricing etc.
We approached East Midlands Boilers (EMB) and were impressed with the down to earth, honest quotes and in the end brilliant attention to detail on removal of our existing and fitting of our new Worcester Greenstar 2000 Boiler system. Yes, took a couple of days of upheaval, which we were informed at the quote stage, and now have a great easy working, powerful reliable gas boiler system.

Good service from good company, EMB engineers were prompt, friendly and very professional - serviced our boiler & provided certificate in less than an hour, then came back quickly and with no fuss to correct a small drop which turned out to be a faulty seal. Very responsive office team too, at pains to make sure I was happy with their work.
Not so impressed with an online search company called Local Repair who charged me £118 basically just to provide the contact details for EMB … read their small print more carefully than I did before you part with any money!

This is a great company called to ask if they could come earlier great stuff. The engineer who came was called Dan did a fantastic job and left the place clean and tidy.i would recommend East Midlands Boiler 10+ will be using them every year now 😀

Rich and Dan were great, meticulous and went over and above to ensure a long standing issue was finally resolved, ensuring our heating and hot water was finally working as it should after 4 years of worry. They kept us up to date every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.

Richard and Dan were the perfect work duo, arriving as per appointment and starting work immediately.
Richard explained everything that was going to happen during the installation of our new boiler in plain English.
After completing the installation explained how the system worked and how to set up the controller panel.
In my opinion I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with East Midlands Boilers.

East Midland Boilers Ltd have just completed an 8 day project for us installing gas central heating into a 1960s house which has previously been heated by storage radiators. The WHOLE experience was very pleasant. We have been impressed by their knowledge, skill, competence, energy, attitude, enthusiasm, reliability, communication skills and organisation. These people clearly love their work. I would highly recommend them and hope to employ them myself again one day should the need arise.

East Midlands Boilers and specifically Rich have truly brilliant for me! Rich came to my rescue last year when my old boiler was on its last legs, and he worked his magic to get it up and running again. This month, the old boiler died and it was time for a new boiler, and once again, Rich and the team at East Midlands Boilers came through for me. Especially due to the fact we have 7 month old and Rich managed to fit us in, which was amazing!

Their punctuality is impeccable; they always arrive when they say they will, which is a rarity in the service industry these days. Not only that, but their friendliness and professionalism make the entire experience a pleasure. The pricing is very reasonable too!

Hired to replace a boiler sump. Really happy with the work done, would hire again.

Richard, who arranged the visit was polite and efficient, although they were busy he managed to fit us in. The technician who came to service our boiler was so polite, tidy and competent, he did a great job. We're very happy with the service! Definitely recommend.
