Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. The customer service agent lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful throughout the interaction. Very disappointing experience.

Useless company

Useless company
They attended a block of flats and claimed there was plumbing issues and advised a roofer was required. The leak was in the middle of the block with 2 floors above!
We attended and found the issue and fixed it in under 5 mins
These are absolute clowns
Avoid at all costs

This company is unreliable

This company is unreliable. Peabody scheduled a repair through East West Connect two weeks ago. Someone was supposed to come and fix the light in my living room. I waited from 1 PM to 5 PM as instructed, but nobody showed up. They aren't answering their phones, so it's impossible to get through to them

Everyone working for this company is…

Everyone working for this company is rude and unprofessional, full of lies and incompetency!! Have taken a day off work to have my sinks unblocked and no one turns up, I first get told that the engineer went to the wrong building, I call to speak to someone who was extremely rude!!!! She then tells me that the plumber would come back after dealing with 2 other jobs, once again no1 turns up. I call back to find out what is happening and like the other woman she was extremely rude!!!! They clearly have singed contracts with other companies as to why they feel like they can disrespect people with no regard of the frustration the customer is going through!!! I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional and disrespectful people. It’s disgusting!!!!
The owner of this company ought to be ashamed of his or hers zoo members of staff!!!

East west compass used by Peabody…

East west compass used by Peabody housing to carry out repairs. I called Peabody today to report that my front door lock was broken...we are unable to lock the door although we can close it in with a lot of fiddling with the handle. Someone will come today they said. Text received from east west compass that visit will be between 1pm and 4:59pm. At 2:30pm messaged received from a repair man stating he will be with me shortly. I called the company close to 4pm to find out where the workman was as he had not arrived.
I was informed he had gone to get the part, how can that be I asked when has yet to check my door, I was told he had checked my door actually he hadn't I told her hence the reason for my call I was then told he was at another property close by so I asked if he went to the wrong house, no he hadn't he's doing another repair and will be with me in 15 minutes. So I went outside and saw his van parked on the double yellow line so I felt hopeful he would be withe soon. I sat outside in my car waiting...time went by next thing I realised it was gone 5pm...the van was gone (didn't drive past me so may have done a u turn) tried calling the office and got no response. This is not the first time that aember of their staff have misrepresented what they have done...I have also had this from a plumber.
So this morning 9th of July I called this company spoke to a very nice lady who informed me that the engineer informed her he came yesterday and changed the door handle actually he didn't but obviously as he told her this it must be a fact from their side. He will be returning before 1pm to change the multi lock let's see what happens. Annoyed does not even begin to describe how I'm feeling What's the point of lying. So at 1pm I called the office as the workman had not arrived...informed he would come around 2ish which he did...I asked him if it was him who came and changed my door handles yesterday...he apparently went to the wrong address and completed the repair on a door where no report of a fault was made by the tenant. She has however got a brand new lock for free...so I can only ask myself if her lock had a fault or did he not realise that there was nothing wrong with her lock and it needed no repair work to be done.
Happy that my lock is fixed...if his story is true my apologies for calling him a liar.
