I wanted to book a restaurant in Bordeaux recommended by Rick Stein on line. This came up asking for 1cent to make the booking. Like an idiot I accepted and found 5 months later they were stealing 49€ a month on direct debit. This company is a SCAM!! They reluctantly reimbursed me my last payment but now I can’t get hold of anyone who speaks English and they do not answer my emails. They have basically stolen 200€ euros from me for doing nothing. As with many of the reviews I to thought I was making a reservation for a restaurant. I was in France, so all the info was in French. On using the restaurant's website I somehow got diverted to Easy RSV. I was asked to set up account and pay €0.0. I believed I was paying a deposit for the restaurant, not taking out a subscription. They have been charging my credit card €49 per month ever since.
Do not touch these robbers with a barge pole! It is a complete rip off.
Not even sure a booking was ever made by them as when we got to the restaurant there was no booking?
