After a month of being passed around…
After a month of being passed around and chasing I am still waiting for my refund for a £42 membership I didn’t know I had agreed to (auto- opted in), that I was charged twice for, for a service I didn’t receive. I am beyond angry. I supplied photographic evidence that I was charged twice and they are still ‘escalating it’. they are refusing to refund the second charge even tho I have shared evidence of both charges on my credit card.
I can only assume this business is a scam and under GDPR law - I am not sure it is even legal to opt a person in for an expensive membership without clear labelling.
I have scammed out of money and have had nothing in return other than being out of pocket and a whole lot of time and stress as I try to get it back.
Their phone number is a scam too. Doesn’t matter which option you choose, it dials out rather than put you through to someone. When I’ve got thru by pretending to want be a new customer via the website, and asked to be put thru to finance or a senior person/supervisor I am told no one is available.

Avoid (at-least the taxi services). They booked a taxi for me but the estimated price was around €50 and I was charged €120ish. Not okay. Staff wasn’t very helpful either.
Also, they have a weird €49 monthly subscription in the fine print of their email that you automatically sign up to once you register and enter your card details. Be careful

EASY-RSV IS A SCAM. It's my first trip to spain, and I wanted to book a taxi becauseit was late (night), but did not have any number so I searched on the internet and easy-rsv came up. When I ordered a taxi with them it took them more than 20 min to find one, then I got a call from them saying I needed to call the taxi company. I called the taxis company and when I was with the taxi driver, he said he had never heard of easy-rsv before, and that the taxi company has their own app. Taxi driver charged my ride. I canceled the subscription, because it was an useless service and was still charged with a fee. I have been still receiving notification about my subscription, and I keep canceling it. I have canceled the subscription about 4 or 5 times already. It's definitely a scam.

I have been asked to review my poor score as it’s apparently causing reputation damage, well what about my payment that was taken for subscription to a service I didn’t want, a week later still no taxi booking by the way, yet a monthly payment was processed. All because I ticked a box when searching for a taxi online.
Yes, I’ll change my review, but no, it doesn’t make the facts any different.

Be wary it's a sign up expensive service
Booked a restaurant on holiday in Spain without paying attention. I Assumed the card info was required because we were a large party wanting a beach table and that this service was like any other Google table booking app. I did then receive several emails and messages to the effect I have subscribed to something but telephone calls get cut off whilst I'm in the queue and email boxes are coming up full and emails not being sent. Not sure what's going on, but no way to contact them and they are trying to take £42.44 for booking a table.

I would give zero if I could. I attempted to book a restaurant in Marseille with them and paid the a 1 cent booking fee. They then said they failed to book the restaurant but offered other services like dog minding, Three days later, they successfully deducted
€49 from my bank account - apparently the 1 cent was really a three-day introductory offer to join a monthly service to walk one’s dogs, etc, I cannot recall seeing this anywhere. I have unsubscribed, so hopefully the damage is limited. This is nothing but a scam.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Went to book a table at a restaurant's Web site in France and somehow easy-rsv had inserted themselves into the process. I got the reservation okay but 3 days later they charged €49 to my credit card. I went back to read the fine print on the booking page and sure enough it said that when I make the reservation I automatically sign up to a subscription service for which they charge €49 per month. I'm still trying to figure out how they got into the reservation process for the restaurant. Maybe they hacked into the site. I'm sure they would claim they are legit because the fine print warns you that you are signing up to the subscription, but I consider this to be 100% dishonest.

My bank and a major restaurant chain have confirmed thx is a scam
As I said in my first review this is a scam. The website of a well known restaurant was hacked, my reservation was taken, I was asked to pay 1 pence as a verification without any explanation or notification of further commitment.
Shortly afterwards I was phoned by a foreign man asking for a 5 star reference on Trust Pilot. Unusual I thought.
The following day my bank security called alerting me to a possible fraudulent withdrawal of £42.82l from my account. This was by easy-rsv. The restaurant chain IT team and my bank both confirmed i was the victim of a sophisticated scam. I have to apply for a
new credit card.
I think Trust Pilot should investigate why this organisation is being promoted.
