From placing our order to the end result we cannot fault easy bathrooms, we had some delays on extra tiles but always kept up to date. David the installation manager kept checking in and updating us along the way.
Adrian and team from Assiral Ltd did the Installation they have been brilliant, excellent workmanship very professional and every night cleaned up before leaving, cannot recommend them enough. We will be using Assiral again for future work.

Very welcoming showroom, well stocked with good selection of bathrooms on show which you don't often get nowadays, but it helps customers a great deal. Competitively priced and very friendly, helpful staff, especially as they remember your name!

We bought our tiles for our en-suite from Easy Bathrooms. The customer service from Simion at Reading was superb. He was helpful, showed interest in our project and supported our decision making in an advisory capacity without pressurised sales techniques.

There is no honesty about guarantee/Warranty period.
They will not replace any item.

Great customer service and prompt delivery

Had a fantastic experience choosing tiles with Simion today who helped me pick out floor tiles and work out what tiles I needed. He was patient, friendly and extremely helpful! Great showroom too. This was the Reading Tilehurst showroom and Melanie in Hedge End also deserves a shout out for her help with ordering a shower. Nice teamwork and one happy customer.

Charlie took great interest to show us around the displays, we gave her the measurements of our bathroom, she did the rest regarding how many floor and wall tiles we would need. She also showed us the matching vanity and cabinets to go with the tiles.

My new bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Grace was so friendly, helpful and professional. She was very patient with me and changed the design a few times until I was completely happy with it. She made lots of recommendations and was always happy to help with other queries. Emi was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He made sure the bathroom was fitted to a high standard and with the person using it in mind e.g. mirror to the my height and towel heater where I wanted it. He also explained things clearly to me and always updated me of the progress. Also thank you to the Easy Bathroom delivery drivers and waste collectors as it was hard work delivering/disposing a whole bathroom to a second floor flat with no lift. And Peter who was always checking things were going smoothly.
