Awful company to deal with, placed order for a replacement glass pane, 6weeks been waiting and told each week it would be delivered that week.
It’s a scam company don’t go near these people!
I have had to submit a claim through PayPal so hopefully will get my money back!
Should not be allowed to continue to trade.

Terrible company to deal with, multiple window units failing under warranty. Strung me along for a year, that replacement units were in production, then out of the blue the owner suddenly got involved and made four or five different excuses why they wouldn't honour the warranty. All of them are debunked after having third party look at them. The units have failed due to poor quality and I will be taking this company to court. Avoid.

The worst company I have dealt with in any industry. 2 months for now window to arrive and now 1 month and still no refund. AVOID

Ordered and paid for a door 03/04/24. It's now 04/07/24 and to date received nothing but lame excuses and promises on the phone. Today they hung up. I'm out of pocket for £555.32. Checked on Gov.UK website and it appears there is "Active proposal to strike off". BE WARNED!

Ordered window and DG unit in March. Still nothing delivered 12 weeks later. Only 2 responses to my many emails, both of which claimed the items were nearly ready and would be delivered "next week". Weeks later I am still waiting. No responses to request for refund. Seeking to reclaim payment through my credit card company.

I ordered a pair of replacement double glazing units on the 19th March and as of 7th June I've still not had them! Heard nothing for weeks, I know it was an approx 6 weeks lead time so thought nothing of it. Chased up about 3 weeks ago and it's been excuse after excuse ever since. Apparently they've made my units but they just can't get them to me! Broken down vans (twice) couriers not picking up. The list goes on.
Terrible!

I normally check online a company's reviews before purchasing, but didn't this time as their website looked professional. What a mistake that was! Like other reviewers, something is clearly going wrong with this company. After 4 weeks, I still can't get hold of them by phone, email or live chat, so have instructed my bank to try and reclaim my money.

Had to give a star, no choice. Ordered on 16th March still nothing but lies. Absolutely disgraceful Mr Gill.

Appalling. Promises of delivery dates come and go with repeated broken promises and excuses. I don't know if they are unwilling or unable to satisfy a simple order but either way a mistake to order from these people. Now awaiting a refund - I suspect the Small Claims Court beckons.

Update 23rd August 2024. I have obtained a CCJ against these clowns but they are still ignoring me so I've instructed bailiffs to get my money back. Beyond ridiculous.

Terrible company to deal with. No communication and no customer consideration.
Just fed a pack of lies from the start, till I had to go through PayPal for a refund.

I ordered 1 window glass panel and after 1 month with no delivery contacted them and was told will be with you next week, surprise surprise didn't turn up after yet another phone call same again. Finally managed to talk to someone called John the manager who promised me yet again the same thing still didn't turn-up , so yet again had to talk to him on the phone (the list of excuses was honestly ridiculous) after explaining that it was to replace a window in my house that I was selling he still keep trying to promise me he would sort it despite me telling him I'm moving out this week so it's far to late he still came up with excuses, I cancelled the order (despite his efforts for me to still to wait for it LOL) he said he would speak to his accounts department ( sorry thats got to be a joke ) he would sort out my refund and guess what STILL NO REFUND

Used sealed units online totally different class, order delivered well within time frame no hassle at all 10 out 10

Do not buy from this company, they are fraudulently selling items that are not being delivered.
My parents ordered and paid for a double glazed unit from this company back in January and still haven’t received the good they have paid for. They have tried numerous times to get through over the phone and via email with no response. We can only assume EasyFit are not going to deliver the goods that have been paid for.

Ordered through this company July 2023. Ordered 1 window that I had to constantly chase up for the first window to then come smashed. They then sent a second window out which also came smashed. They then sent a third window out which also came smashed. A forth window was supposed to be made and supposedly personally delivered to my house to avoid another smashed window. Had to chase that up to which it hadn’t even been made when I phoned weeks after. Enough was enough and I asked for a refund on the 18th of February, due to my garage conversion already having major delays due to this company. Phoned yesterday to hear an update on what was happening with my refund to which I got told the manager Jonathan would phone me back (never does) and I am still waiting for that phone call. I phoned again twice today to be told the same thing, Jonathan will call you back. STILL WAITING AS PER.

If I could rate this company a zero star I most certainly would. 8 month since I first purchased this window and I’ve had to take my custom elsewhere due to this company not providing a service I’ve paid.

Same as all the other 1 star reviews. Ordered a load of double glazing panels, nothing arrived, now 10 days since this should have been ready. Given the run around, opened a chargeback with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This company is dishonest, they are trading fraudulently by not providing the goods you have paid for. Their customer service is non-existent, they don’t return phone calls or answer emails. If you do manage to get them on the phone, they repeatedly lie to you particularly Jonathan, their Sales Manager. They delivered a composite door to me with the incorrect locking mechanism and no fan light glass. 6 months later I have had to source and pay for the fan light glass from another company. The locking issue remains unresolved. This is a genuine review from an unhappy customer. You will read other poor reviews, Jonathan told me they were malicious, from my experience I would say they were true. Avoid this company if you can, there are lots of reputable companies out there, unfortunately Easy Fit Window Warehouse isn’t one of them.

Ordered 30th November 2023, told it would be 5-6 weeks lead time on manufacturing and delivery. Still waiting at end of January 2024 and couldn't get through to contact Easyfit via telephone or email. Made a complaint to Paypal and got a full refund. Easyfit did call me after the complaint was first raised to promise a delivery that never happened, delays and contact trouble were down to machinery and computer systems being down. Tried to call them again this week and now diverts to an o2 voicemail. Stay away from Easyfit, the company must be in financial trouble.

Waiting and waiting once start of December for a glass panel. Fobbed off with stories that it will be next week. Now their landline is being redirected to a mobile phone. Got through and gave order number for details and told their computer was going slow and would call me back in a few minutes . As you guess they never and now wont answer call. Passed to paypal as luckily paid through them in the hope for a refund

Very very poor. Ordered 25 windows for my renovation. Half the windows were the wrong colour, 1 window was the wrong size, 3 of the windows were not aligned (aka handles at different heights) and half of the sash windows (5) had a different number of panes than the other half. The company has made zero effort to rectify any of these issues. As no doubt all reading can imagine this is a sizeable investment I have made. This has caused significant delays to my project (6 months and counting) and I’ve needed to find another company to resolve these issues at additional expense. Stay well clear of this business, their quality control is sub standard, they won’t fix any issues and are simply running away with your money. I am now going to be pursuing legal action

I have edited this since I managed to get in touch with Easifit windows after several previous attempts failed. This relates to a unit ordered in November which has not been delivered at the end of January. They tell me it will be delivered this week, and that their phones have been out of action. Even if it is delivered, it is still a long time to wait, and no updates along the way.
