Absolutely terrible experience with EasyGo Car Rental in Istanbul – I strongly advise everyone to stay away!

They lure you in with supposedly great prices online, but once you arrive, you get hit with a nasty surprise: suddenly they claim you’re not properly insured and force you to pay extra for insurance. In the end, you pay more than double the originally advertised price – it’s nothing but a rip-off!

And that’s not all: you’re also required to have the car fully cleaned inside and out before returning it, otherwise they charge you additional fees. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

The service was just as bad. There was an extremely rude and disrespectful young employee who couldn’t even manage to say hello or goodbye. Customer service? Completely nonexistent!

Conclusion: Intransparent, overpriced, and disrespectful – absolutely not recommended!

The rental company was supposed to meet us at Saranda port to check the car and give us back our deposit but never showed up which delayed us getting back the deposit

Albjan was great! Easy instructions, transparent price plan and gave us a copy of the cost of damages, that felt reallt genuine and honest. We rented the Dacia Sandero, 34 euros for June month per day, a very good price.
