Saff member's amazing
I have been a long time customer of Easy Home. They are amazing when you go into there place or over the phone. They answer any of your question you may have about the items you are looking to purchase. If any issues you have They correct it in a timely fashion. I also have recommend friend to go purchase her laptop.

Great experience
Went in for a TV package, sale rep and managers were very involved after they didn't have the brands I was looking for and ensuring delivery. Price and quality was there and everything done nice and fast no issues

customer service
I was going through a rough patch and the store had no compassion I tried to make a payment arrangement and was shut down and told not to contact them anymore , very frustrating from a customer stand point where I was doing everything possible to pay and need an extra two days , for a store to not want to take my payment is just rediculous
I think you need to look into how your contract looks and how stores handle customers as this wasn’t a very good interaction at all
