customer service and call centre
accepting calls is always a hassle, every time you make a call you are forwarded to a voicemail where it is a gamble if you are called back. I have personally spent a good 3 hours being re-directed from the main secretary to different voicemails. products are very affordable although I have never placed a claim so I am unable to comment further than the customer service area.
