Great service
Personally, my experience so far has been extremely great. I had some issues registering and one of your staff, Mr David was very helpful and professional in his approach. It made me rate this company well for his prompt response to my inquiries. His customer service and maturity stand him out. He made me decide to finally do business with Easymarket. He is professional to the core judging by how he handled his work and customers. I have this confidence that whenever I need help, I can always contact Mr David to help out which boosted my confidence in this company. So far the platform has been good. Trading has been great, with no hitches, easy login, and out, and easy trade. Everything sooooo great.

After 1 year I tried to open a new account and they simply verified the account and then closed it without notice. This is a shady business!

You are required to verify your trading account with 15 days from your registration. Your account was closed because you had provided invalid details and therefore, your account verification could not be completed.

This "Easymarkets.com" platform deserves only one star because they are cheating to the customer and reserving all the funds for their own use in case of user deposit before verifying .
I have completed all the necessary process and then it reached 80% after call verification. Then they said I will shortly informed in coming 1 working days or with8n 24 hours and after a few hours I started checking my account to make deposit but while entering my email and password for login, it shows me your account closed, I was shocked and i asked customer care but they told me it was not meeting the requirement of verification process, finally also sends detailed review of my account that which of the things not meet for the verification, I want to know through email attaching citizenship document and rental agreement letter, but there is no reply to me. Total disappointing.

Just joined recently and was having difficulty getting the account funded. Upon contacting customer service I was helped by Nantia who was absolutely fantastic.
