After trading with easyMarkets for over 25 years, I trusted the platform — deposits and withdrawals were smooth, and trading conditions were decent. But in recent times, my experience changed for the worse.
Despite being a VIP client, my concerns about chart discrepancies, unexplained changes to stop-loss behavior, and incomplete rebate payments were either ignored or met with vague responses. My issues were never properly addressed, and the company chose to shut down further communication by claiming they had already given “full explanations” — which simply isn’t true.
What’s most frustrating is that while my legitimate concerns went unanswered, I noticed a flood of overly positive, suspicious reviews that seem more like damage control than genuine feedback. It’s insulting to loyal clients like myself who raise real issues in good faith and provide documentation.
Sadly, after decades of loyalty, I was met with silence instead of support. I hope this review encourages easyMarkets to reflect on how it treats long-term clients who dare to speak.

My personal opinion this is one of the best Brokers

Advantages
1) when I just registered I was dialed by a manager and talked to me in my language(Like) . explained all the points. then once again dialed when I have already deposited an account, there we talked about an hour about trading.

2) no commissions - this is of course nice, because some Brokers or Prop firms have Spreads and commission, the Spread is quite adequate and stable average 8-10 points, in the news spreads are still stable, it did not break at 50 points and above, for example, a deal was opened in the News in the NY session, also a similar deal was opened in a Czech Top Prop Company, which has an average of 3 points , so in it I was knocked out on the stop, because the Spread was widened like the fifth point of a mammoth. But at easyMarkets everything was stable and calmly worked out take profit, although the positions were equally opened at the same time.

3) Deposits via Сrypto is convenient and fast, because not every Broker
accepts Сrypto.

4)Withdrawal through Сrypto, everything is as described in the rules, 1-2 days processing, ordered withdrawal on Friday (Saturday, Sunday days off) received Monday morning and without commissions for this in general likes.

From Minuses

for me personally, it would be better to have a stable commission but there was no spread, purely morally as something for me so quieter. for you do not enter the transaction in 0$, and here at once -8 - 10 points, immediately minus, after getting used to spreads in 0-2 points was not comfortable.

there were still unclear moments, I could not move my stop loss, as I have trades essentially fast, I enter everything as usual and then I realize that the deal is moving very slowly and I understand that here I probably made a mistake with the entry, then I see that there is a movement in my direction, I want to put a stop loss and it is not put, the terminal gives me an error and all, I understand that most likely it was a manipulation in the market and I want to protect myself to transfer the deal to a lossless in the end. but I can't, then I realized that there are restrictions. No loss is impossible to put until the price does not go further from the opening of the position by 20-25 points +- , for me this was a factor in finding another firm, because according to my concept. for me it is important, if I suddenly saw that I was wrong in my transaction. to make it without a loss. plus so morally easier. so who have quick trades, you will need to think about such rules. because it can make your trading uncomfortable.

But even with these drawbacks, I still give it 5 out of 5, because these are just personal drawbacks for me. For those who trade medium-term or longer, these issues won't really matter.

easyMarkets is indeed easy to use and I like that. However , their customer service was dismal when it came to resolving a problem with their charts. It ended by them simply not continuing the chat, not replying to emails and not replying to whats Apps. Thats no way to deal with customers

I deposited 1000$ , made profits 790$ , then when I come to withdraw they told me that I should trade 80 lots in order to withdraw my profits. Please be aware from this company. They didnt tell me about any conditions and terms before I made my deposit. Also im trying to call and contact, everyone says he is not responsible.

Opened an account, went to deposit and they only accept crypto when you are based in the UK…..

Sounds a bit dodgy that they don’t accept the norm payment methods.

Easymarkets is one of the most responsive, helpful and friendly brokers available. I have dealt with multiple other brokers and they were not as efficient as easymarkets. To anybody who would like to create a trading account, easymarkets is the fastest, easiest and most affordable option out there. I will most likely be a long customer of theirs!

Support is fantastic however...
my only problem with the broker is the slippage on MT platforms and their web platform being a pain to use. They also don't allow placement of pending orders such as buy stops or sell stops on trading view. SAD
