Easy Move Removals & storage has been very approachable, friendly and professional in advising the packing, removal and delivery of my house contents. From Paul as an organiser and manager of my house move to the packer and removal experts, they are all very courteous, helpful and efficient in their roles and contribution to a stress-free and extremely satisfied house move. Although many people felt and probably experienced bad time during house move, Easy move has certainly made the experience a very pleasant one indeed. My heartfelt thanks to Paul and his expert teams.

Fantastic experience. Lee managed the whole move, the two guys who helped out were equally fantastic as well as cool to talk to, and the move was seamless. Great value also! Pick these guys I’m telling you!

After turning up 3 hours late and receiving a quote back in January for a Luton van with a lift on the back 2 men turned up in a transit van .
After them then telling me that the quote I was given was wrong a other 2 hours making calls to see if they could still do the job. One of the men said the quote given was made in error by a other guy who he said was no longer working for the company as he was giving out wrong quotes. Eventually he said they would start the job and would get the guy who gave the wrong quote to come with a other van even though they said he had been sacked for giving out wrong quotes and negative feedback . Myself and a friend and family helped take two van loads of goods out .even though i had booked them to do all the moving and lifting .Once we arrived at the address I was moving to. only 1 of the men actually moved and lifted the stuff to my new address I had to ring round and get people to help as me and my friend took thing to the house and we are both disabled hence why I booked them to do all the move . As I physical not able to lift . But we both had no choice.After doing 3 loads as they turned up in the wrong van we went back to my old address to be told one more load was needed . Things left were my 3 childrens beds and my own plus cooking equipment. The guys just sat in the van .i went over to the van to ask if we were loading the van with the last load to be told by 1 of the guys that the boss had said they were not to take the last load unless I gave them a other £100 . I had already explained to earlier that morning that the only money I had was the money that i had been quoted back in January. I became very distressed and upset as they just left leaving myself and my children with no were to sleep . I had no cooker no sofas no bedroom furniture as I was coming from a safe house after dv the only thing we had to sit on was the beds .
I do not quite understand how the boss could tell them they could not move my beds ect even though they new I was coming from a safe house and did not have much .
It as really really upset me plus they would have had to go pass the new house I had moved to to go back to Manchester were they are based.
It was not my fault they had quoted me wrong . I did not know what to do I had no more money I needed to be out of the safe house that day . By this time it was 7pm . I rang the guy who gave me the quote in the first place and he said he would speak to the boss and call me back and not to worry . I waited 1.5 hours for him to call me back but never did. I tried to ring him but would not answer the phone and then he blocked me . I am deeply upset and disgusted by the way I have been treated . Myself and my children had to sleep on a sheet on the floor .I am left with no beds as they had to be out by yesterday. I do not know what to do I have knowone to turn to. Please stay away from this company as they do not care about the people they are moving . Out of good faith I gave them a box of beer and told them if they called round on the Friday I would give them both some extra money as that's when I would get paid .
