Really itespos8ble and time wates. I arranged viewing at 03:00 and received call after 03:05 that lkeys ilost office and virwing can't be done.

They should know we areange thongs as per schedule.

Seems to be time of other people is not important.

We had a great removal from Faz, Aaron, Jordan and the team at EasyMove removals on 31st March 2023. They looked after our belongings very well. They were very friendly and polite. It was a great price. They got us in and sorted early. We had a complete packing service too. What more can I say?

I used their car via the GETAROUND app.

I communicated that I could not return the car in it's spot due to another car parking there and let them know which parking spot# I left it (which was right in front).

Three months later I receive a notice that EASYMOVE & CO blames/charged me their parking ticket the following day although they were the ones to not react in time.

GETAROUND is ignoring my emails for three weeks to discuss this issue. Their incentive is that they receive a penalty fee from me.

Save yourself the difficulties and do not use either of these companies, I promise you you wont regret it

Only needed a small job this time but it was carried out politely and with no stress at all. Well done and many thanks.

Richard and his team were incredibly well organised and timely. I found the whole crew exceptionally polite and accommodating. We had a lot of delicate and breakable things of value to us that they took extra care with. They moved items to the rooms that we wanted them to and if it did not look right they moved it back on demand. I would 100% recommend them to any of my friends and family. 'A' star service.

Scam. Man calls himself Lee James.
Offered cheaper price for house move than other suppliers. Advertises business around Manchester using Gumtree website. Took 150 pounds of me as a deposit. Never turned for job. Cancelled collection 3 times. Won't return deposit. All what he tells me is just lies. AVOID.

SCAM! The company is run by criminals. They take your money and then don't deliver / answer their phones.

really so they call them self for easy move. i have got the must unprofessional service i've got. i dont even wanna talk about it

Mover arrived late, made us carry boxes, very unprofessional, impolite and bad service. Overcharging at at least 2x what a professional mover would charge. So bad that if I could I would press charges. A disgrace for London.

Had a viewing at around about 5.30pm and liked what i had seen then told the agent i would like to go for this property, i was advised as the office would be shut i should contact them the next day to give them the details they need to get everything sorted, Next day arrives i contact them to provide these details at around about 12 noon only to be told that they had a viewing this morning and that person has accepted the property and has already provided details in the morning, so due to this i lost out on a property ideal for my family due to Easymove being unprofessional, i did advise the office was closed when i told the agent i would like the property but there terms are whoever hands them money first wins. Terrible.

Having recently moved, I so wish I had chosen a different removal company.
The manager ignored my requests for written terms and conditions. Only wanted to speak to me at the start to take my credit card details.
I foolishly assumed high level of service and customer satisfaction would be at the forefront of their business.
On packing day (when there was no way back - 1 day before removal) I was told that the hourly rate started running the moment they left their base (not when they arrived to my address), which by the way was 1 hour before the agreed time. Imagine calling a private hire taxi and find out that the meter started running when they leave their base.
On the actual removal, they managed to leave my 42-inch TV behind which they subsequently denied!!. They left at my old address a large pile of left over packing boxes, promising they would return for them (never did). One of the guys kept having asthma attacks leaving only 2 of them to continue, crucially one of the asthma attacks coincided when a large american style fridge freezer was being moved, too heavy for two men, I had to step-in end help.
On top of that, several small electronic items are missing completely.
It seemed to me that their whole philosophy is to extract as much money out of people as possible without the customer service or value for money to go with it.
Do your homework before considering this removal company.

I moved just before Christmas – I wish I’d used another removals company. Had a terrible experience with Easy Move UK - dreadful service from start to finish – the manager ([name]) will not return my calls, there are items missing, one removal man was rude and offensive, they charged me a fortune and left all my clearly marked boxes in any room. I found food boxes in the bedrooms! They left electrical goods out in the pouring rain. I have tried calling to speak with them, but he won't return my calls, so I am left with no option but to make sure that anyone thinking of using them thinks very carefully! The take your money from your bank account - once they've done that, they won't take your calls or contact you again. Beware!
