Not reputable at all. One employee (the director) sold an elderly person a desktop PC for £1500 so she could do a few spreadsheets and bills. Didn't need all that for what she did on it and to compare, I got a gaming one from a reputable company for half that price. If only she had gone through me first I would've told her she was being ripped off. This was approximately 2 to 3 years ago but just been brought to my attention. The whole of this review is genuine and linked to my family.

These are now my family's go-to guys for IT issues. So far they have fixed my Dad's elderly PC, recovered data from my fried old desktop, advised me on what to replace it with, kept my old laptop staggering on - and recommended and sourced the necessary bits, saving me a vast amount of stress, effort and expense.

This month, Harry has spent a huge amount of time and effort diagnosing and fixing a really unusual software glitch on my new laptop; then reinstalling everything to make my online games work.

The staff here are friendly and helpful; and they really WILL go above and beyond to help you. They are knowledgeable, experienced and reliable: all at a very reasonable price. I would very highly recommend them to anyone.

as the old kit could not load 11, great price and had Richard install all of the kit, The install price was cheap and saved me a lot of Hassell, I also had some training on how windows 11 worked,

It was very very slow and through no fault of my own all colours were faded and distorted with a £600 for speed speed improvement and a £400 to restore colour. This made the computer worthless. I popped in PC store to see if there was any value at all and both faults were identified and rectified for a reasonable price. Brilliant result and now as good as new.Happy Bunny. Eddie

Richard quickly resolved the issue with my laptop and informed me of other issues that were also apparent from the diagnostics, giving me the option of having them fixed whilst he was in possession of my device. The additional work was promptly done at a fair price. My laptop now runs like new. Easy PC provided me with a very efficient, professional service.

Needed to obtain old Xmas pics and vids off an old failed external hard drive for Xmas day.

They expressed cradle fir the drive which arrived yesterday. Couldn’t have been more helpful thanks to them got the pics’s and Vids off the drive ready for the big day.
