Don't bother, phone was in warranty and needed a repair, after calling they're customer services team they promised a call back 5 times! Yet no one calls you back, just an excuse to get you off the phone
Best of using easy mode on a branded Android device than paying for a pointless device which has zero customer service
UPDATE: Easyphones contacted me and have refunded AND promised to send the item ordered. I get that things go wrong and in this case they have put it right.
I ordered a case on 10 June 2025 for my elderly mother's easyphone, 11 June, money comes out of my bank account. 24 June still no delivery despite chasing several times. Its only £20 but annoying that this company has taken my money and is now ignoring me.
Easyphone like it says is Easy to use, nice size number and letters for me to use as I have problems with my hands and eyes. Good battery life last longer than my old phone has all the functions I need and found I can use them easy. plus I used my old SIM The design is good looks nice and all things are in the right place make it easy to use and their UK support team are super helpful.
A very good phone. Big buttons. Easy to use and it has a good sized screen. The Picture speed dials are very useful. It also comes with a booklet explaining what each button can do.
A good buy. Has all the features of an Android phone but can simplify for use by someone who just needs the basics. Emergency call button and WhatsApp is a good feature.

Great service. Just received The Easyphone Smartphone. super fast delivery and effortlessly simple to set up. perfect for my elderly Mum who is new to smartphones, it is ideal for her.. a bright screen and easy to use, and has lots of useful Apps, excellent enhanced sound, an easy to see display and icons, plus a Camera. I found the setting up video easy to follow. Mum loves it and finds it really easy to use to call me.
Also pleased to see Easyphone is a British Company.
My Dad who is 85 yrs old, had an older version of the Easphone and loved it and wanted to upgrade.
It has great features, is easy to understand and navigate.
We love the added feature of the SOS button on the phone. This is in case of accidents/ emergencies, my Dad can hold his finger on the button and it will alert us that there is a problem and we call him. It gives you a GPS setting so you know where he is .
We have had a trail run and works brilliantly.
It’s brilliant for people with hearing aides, like my Dad, as you can sync them together and the volume is great.
Dad is very happy with it and so are we.
