Great service from EasyProperty. Abigail Lane has been very friendly, efficient and helpful through all stages of my property purchase.

I would definitely recommend easyProperty. The service given by Greg Love has been excellent, he was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The property was on line within a day with good photos. This was a very smooth professional service and with regular updates on the market i hope to get a sale soon

I am so impressed with the service from Easyproperties from the moment I contacted them with my enquiry Ian Wyn-Jones the manager responded immediately providing me with all the information I needed to make the decision to ask them to sell my property, once I agreed I had notification that photos had been taken and my brochure was ready to review that was completed in a day. The board went up very quickly nicely timed for the Whitsun weekend and then I was contacted by a lovely lady called Emily Prouse who spent most of the day answering various other questions I had as I actually resident in Spain with no network reception so to be able to get such a quick response to my questions was enlightening and very professional, I would definitely recommend Easyproperties for their swift and professional service and I feel that my property is now in safe hands and I have just been informed that we have a viewing on Friday- unlike the other estate agent my property is with Purple Bricks which whilst with them I have had very few viewings!!. Thank you Ian and Emily for making this process so easy.

I would like to thank Phil Roberts who handled the whole process after my house was sold, right up to completion. I had every confidence in Phil and he was always courteous and approachable as well as reassuring me when things got stressful in the chain.

I was happy being in control of the viewings and using Easy Property saved me a lot of money when compared to high street estate agents . A professional service that really highlights that expensive, sales driven high street estate agents are not value for money.

My appointment with Jessica was professional, informative and reassuring. I was very happy with the photographs that she took. My property was very speedily online and For Sale. I very quickly had a viewing followed by a second and have now accepted an offer. Thank you Jessica and Abigail too for the reassurance that you are there for me until completion.

Little tricky at the start with a miss understanding on how you can book appts but all was forgotten after our 1st viewing with a lady called Danielle who was lovely. She had good rapport with the vendor which got us an offer in and accepted straight away. Danielle also did us a second viewing and told us anything we needed to know. :) happy so far. Fingers crossed for a smooth and fast move.
