Quick and professional service.

I wish to upgrade a previous negative review to satisfactory, after (1) hearing the company's response; and, (2) their finding a glitch, which they promptly rectified.

Scammers charged me for 1 month and the number didnt even work for 1 week. their customer support is not at all active. Never take their service.

I felt that the on-boarding process could haven been a little more beginner-friendly. However, I did receive prompt response from customer service to help with my confusions. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

The service is amazing! When I had an issue adding a number, the customer support team was quick to respond and resolve my issue. Easyringer is always my go-to for virtual number requirements.

It took a bit for me to get connected, this had more to do with my understanding of how to connect since the last time I did this was 15 years ago with skype. But once I got set up it works fine. I live in Costa Rica and a lot of things don't go smoothly here. However, I am set up now and I am grateful to have an alternative to skype. Customer service took a little time to reply at first but I attribute this to a big demand for a skype alternative. They were courteous and helpful once I got in the queue.

I had my Skype # ported to the EasyRinger service plan, and everything went smoothly as planned ahead of schedule. I received courteous, prompt service to my matter.

Customer service is not responding even after the reply posted here. Previously I wrote that have been waiting three days for a reply from Live Support. That is now over a week. I always used their website to communicate. I was charged for incoming calls made to my Spanish cell phone whereas their website makes no mention of having to pay for incoming calls let alone incoming calls to my mobile number from a US number. I show a charge of $8.41 for that call but at their published rate of $.051 per minute the charge would have been $2.04. The reply here suggested a refund. I have yet to see that. I see no reason to continue using this company.

EasyRinger is extremely user friendly and customer service is awesome. The features are exactly what I need to maintain a U.S. number while living in a foreign country. It was easy to sign up and get started right away.

Very reasonably priced

I love that they now let you search for numbers by pattern matching. I love getting numbers with 8s in them and it's a pleasure to find ones with 5 or 6 8s in the country of your choice

Even though I cut short my affiliation with EasyRinger, I was left very happy with their customer service. They were prompt and very willing to assist.
