Avoid staying with them
When I stayed in a room let by Easyroom, I was two weeks without heating and boiling water in a saucepan, another week and a half with a buzzing heater as it wasn't repaired correctly; there were rats in the place, a broken extractor fan that was never replaced nor fixed and was dripping grease, a fake lamp in my room which meant there wasn't enough light, vandalism in the building as there wasn't enough security and a sporadic cleaning service that according to the contract was supposed to be once a week.
