Awesome service, really seamless. Jack and Bradley were just fantastic!

I had Zach and Bradley for both my delivery and collection and they were punctual, communicative and very helpful both times! I would definitely recommend easy storage to everyone.

Very friendly and efficient crew! Zack, Bradley, Jerry, Mark, and Ronnie had a great system going and despite the three flights of stairs, everything got moved out in only 2 hours (versus the 4 hours it had taken to move in with another moving company), really recommend!

Bradley, Ronnie, and Zack are extremely friendly in their banter and service, made the whole ordeal of moving in very relaxed and nice. They are also very fast in moving all my stuff, didn’t expect it to all go so smooth and quickly.

Zach and Bradley were a great help. They accommodated me with an early collection and called twice in advance to keep me informed. They took really good care of my stuff, wrapping my pictures up in blankets and stacking it all securely. They gave me all the information I needed and they were just nice friendly guys. I trust my stuff will be well looked after. Shame they were Arsenal and West Ham fans but nobody’s perfect. Delighted with the service.

Great experience. They collected my packed items put them in a pod. They handled everything and drove it to the location, it was so simple. I had access the pod, booking it was simple and straight forward. The guys on site were super helpful when I needed to clear it all and very kind! Same for the online team, whenever I had a question they were there giving me options and helping me find the best way to return the pod and they have an option to help with clearing unwanted. Huge thanks everyone !

The customer service team got the quote over quickly and it was clear exactly what we would be paying for. We were able to add packing and book the collection slot within the next few days.

On the day the team who managed our removal were super communicative and informative right from the get go, updating us on their arrival time. After a walk through the team got to work loading our pods and packing smaller items like kitchen. Our belongings and home were treated with great care and the friendly team made what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. All of this was carried out on an insanely hot July day in London and we were impressed by how quickly everything was loaded up.

Access to our storage pods was also arranged smoothly and with ease.

Can’t fault this service at all and, compared with other quotes, we felt this was good value from a reputable and trusted storage company.

Today I moved House and jerry ,Selwyn and darris was super helpful and worked together with me to organise the units nicely to have a smooth and positive vibe while doing the job also! I appreciate that, and they also helped me carry other heavy furnitures that I donated to charity.

Jerry and Selwin are so incredibly kind, patient and good at what they do. All the furniture and boxed are tidily arranged in the storage unit. I’d definitely recommend it!

I have used the Enfield Easy Storage guys 4 times now. They are kind, helpful and go the extra mile. They waited for the rain to stop so my sofa didn't get wet before bringing it into the house. They also put the sofa together for me and everything was carried out according to my instructions. Thank you Selwyn and your team mate (sorry forgot your name).

Easystorage really lives up to its name – the whole process has been "easy" from start to finish.

My belongings were in storage for almost 5 years, and when everything was returned it was all in excellent condition. Throughout that time, the service was reliable and I always felt reassured that my possessions were being well looked after.

When I needed access to my belongings again, it only took 2 days' notice and arranging everything through Hannah was straightforward and hassle-free.

On delivery day, the crew were fantastic. As a single woman living in a second-floor flat with no lift, I had a lot of items to bring up the stairs, including some very heavy pieces of furniture. They even carried a large sideboard up multiple flights of stairs, and all of this was done in very hot temperatures. Despite the challenging conditions, they remained positive, friendly and professional throughout.

The team worked quickly and efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful day feel easy.

A special thank you to Selwyn, Daniel and Bradley, who were incredibly helpful, hardworking and friendly. They are a real credit to the company.

I would recommend Easystorage without hesitation. Knowing that my belongings had been safely looked after for the past 5 years gave me real peace of mind, and the excellent service from collection through to delivery has been outstanding.

The team that does the moving service is AMAZING! They're polite and always willing to help and do the moving days less stressful.

But the service in general and the admin/corporate team were the reason why I moved our things. There's no clarity in which address your things will be stored, it's not written anywhere easy to find. At the beginning they make it look like it will be an easy process to access your things when needed, but they didn't mention it's only on week days, certain time and that you need to give 2 days notice. They charge in advance and there are no refunds in the time you don't use the storage facilities.

I wouldn't recommend, there are other companies that offer lower prices, better admin service and much better schedules and access is easier and less complicated.
