Exemplary customer service
I ordered some diamond art Christmas cards at the end of October, hoping to complete them and then give them as special cards to family. When they hadn’t arrived 6 weeks later, I emailed Easywhim. I cannot fault their customer service response; I received a complete refund, plus a credit note ‘for the inconvenience’, plus an apology. Been with this company for 1 year. It was easy to switch my boxes. And the Mount of items cost would be more. I'm happy with the experience. I just ran out of space for the boxed. When I can. I'll most likely state up again.

I ordered a custom diamond painting of my grandson and his wife. I was hoping to give it to them for Christmas but I have not received it as of yet.As I have already paid for it so it I don't get what I paid for or a refund I will be taking my business somewhere else.

My honest review
I wasn't sure about them at first but I've been with them going on 2 yrs now. I love the items I receive and when there was a problem customer service always answered. Response is always quick and the problem taken care of. It takes me a bit to receive my box but it's worth the wait. I even increased my box size up a level because I love the products.

Loved my easy whim
I loved getting my boxes from easy whim, even though I am not getting them at this time due to financial issues, I still enjoyed them I am still working on some that I haven’t done yet.

Enjoyment
There is only one thing wrong, I would like only one diamond painting, in round diamonds no more square , because I cannot keep up I really enjoy the craft things again not the paper stickers. The books,masks,shopping bags, little boxes, latch hook kit, lights, felt kits, Qulling yet to get. It takes nearly 2weeks for it to arrive, I don’t mind that. There has been a few with diamonds missing. I so do enjoy getting your boxes it’s like having Xmas every month. Thank You so much look forward to next month👏 🎸 💖 🦄

I love everything about this company
I love everything about this company. The quality of the product, the knowledge that they don't sell unlicensed artwork unknowingly is a big plus, and now the added ability to buy 3 months at a time and not have to pay but once a quarter.
