EatFirst always seem to go above and beyond, with a small but thoughtful team who dedicate themselves to excellent service and maintaining a strong relationship with us. Please do use their service, definitely a step above the rest of the marketplace vs our past experience.

We've worked with EatFirst for almost a year and have enjoyed the level of service they offer. Our account manager is always punctual when dealing with our enquiries and understands our business so budgets accordingly. Over the past year, they have helped cater several events for us with glowing feedback every time.

Eat First offer 5 star customer service. They are super reliable , responsive and always happy to help. The catering which is offered is always of the highest standards! Since using EatFirst I have not needed to use any other catering supplier. Having an account with EatFirst is defiantly a must have for any business ! 10 out of 10!

A total RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY completely FALSE ADVERTISE! They charge 2 Fee's - A Service Fee and a "brooking" (yes I spelled it exactly as they did) Fee. What the heck is a brooking fee????? They advertise "Enjoy free ordering"

I use caterwings weekly for over 80 people, I cannot recommend them enough, Daniel who is my contact at cater wings sends me great options each week and live tracking, he is always on hand if we need anything.

These guys dont give dam. There riders are stuart and they get lost all the time.
There is a kfc near my house 8mins walk. Couldn't get to it cos I had the kids n it was cold outside...
I waited an hour and a half and there was some thing missing.

I complained n they just keep referring u the restaraunt...

It happened a few times before... I complained through the app didnt work...

Not even a refund.. food wasn't very warm.

I highly recommend Caterwings. The whole process from beginning to end was super simple and their customer service team was great.

I ordered sandwiches and mini cakes from Al Desco for one of our office parties and they came right on time plus the food was absolutely delicious.

I will be using it again without a doubt.

Y'know whats great, Caterwings. I very foolishly ordered a staff lunch for 30 people for the week after the event, and only realised my error on the day of the lunch! What did caterwings do to resolve this? They wen't above and beyond to ensure the order was made that day within two hours and made sure the food arrived on time and piping hot. In over fifty years of being established around the globe, we have not met a company like Caterwings. The dedication which staff of Caterwings show are just an inspiration to us all. Myself, I am quite young but I can promise you - when I'm 90 years old in a retirement home. I will never forget Caterwings.
