Caterwings have been wonderful to deal with. The rep I have been dealing with Rochelle has been professional, very responsive and helpful and super lovely. We had a misshap with one vendor, but Rochelle fixed the issue immediately and all tummies in the office were happy! :)

I would definitely recommend Caterwings as they have made my life so much easier in organising a regular social lunch that my group holds. We have a relationship manager so I can specify what my requirements are for a particular month and she will then source the best supplier and recommend a menu within our budget. This saves me from wasting a lot of my time going to individual companies getting quotes each month. The food suppliers on board with Caterwings have always delivered on time and the food has always been of a very high quality. Brilliant!

Food options are very good, good range of different food cuisine and the support from the teams are great. Only thing i would say its lacking it nailing delivery times and offering more perks

Just tried Caterwings to order lunch for my team. I ordered online. At first I wasn't sure, if everything would go as planned, but I got a confirmation email and the caterer delivered on time.
All in all: Delicious food, quickly booked. I will definitely order through caterwings again and can only recommend to everyone to use the website.

Endless problems with being told incorrect information and extreme difficulty clarifying details. Ended up without all the items specified in our order being provided despite checking this a few days before the event. Seems to be a lack of communication between Caterwings staff and between them and catering company so that what we were told was inconsistent and incorrect.

I loved the service and the food was wonderful. We will definitely order again, thank you!

I use Caterwings several times a time to order lunches for our office. The choice is great and the customer service is even better. Always fast to reply and they efficiently deal with queries.

The food portions are often quite small, very hit and miss depending on the suppliers!

I love using Caterwings so far they have catered to many events in our office. The suppliers they use are trusted, the food is almost always on time and well packaged, good quality products.
Our account manager is Daniel and he is quick to get back to any queries.
