Hi, I find the Caterwings team really helpful and quick to get back to me with prices and answer enquiries. They have a great range of caterers/restaurants on board so there is always a good selection. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is for my last order I received a mystery email about a courier via a 3rd party company that was my order - it would have been nice to have been informed of this as the poor courier was calling me saying he was coming at 11am and I kept asking him what he was delivering and he didn't know and it was really confusing.

Excellent customer service. The vendors they've chosen to work with always deliver great food.
They go above and beyond to ensure all food is delivered in a timely manner.

I recently used Caterwings for an important corporate event we were running in our London office. They were very helpful guiding us on what we may want and who would be suitable, and gave 3 great quotes initially. They were able to honour our original quote when we came to booking, even though it was 6 weeks later and prices had changed slightly, which was fantastic.

The company they set us up with were fantastic and they were always very available to chat through all the queries and additions we made (even at the last minute!) and were great at following up after the event to make sure everything went as planned. Would highly recommend!

Food is great and well presented. I have had some previous caterers who have been late or not well presented but this was a while ago and I have seen a lot of improvements since so Caterwings have been good at taking feedback on board

We ordered some platters to our office for a team lunch. The food arrived on time and the delivery driver was very helpful, carrying the food up the stairs for us.
The portion sizes were perfect and napkins, plates, cutlery and serving utensils were provided with plenty to go around.

Excellent service in matching us to a caterer for our events.
The customer service was efficient without being pushy/sales focused and Caterwings took time to understand our requirements fully.

This is the third time my company has used this service for staff lunch, and each time has been impressive. Caterwings staff is very accommodating - has bent over backwards to assist us with suggestions and planning of the meals. We were never made to feel that anything was too much trouble, no matter how many changes we made. The food always arrived within the requested time and well presented. And the best part is, 99% of their packaging is eco-friendly which is definitely a plus. Based on our experience, I would absolutely recommend this company.

The delivery came earlier than expected, but other than that everything ran very smoothly! The food was delicious, although the portion sizes weren't very accurate (smaller than expected).

Lots of updates pre and post delivery. Love that they can send an invoice afterards, very helpful. Food was a good standard and all delivered on time.

Having only previously used KudosDelivered and Graze Days, I was apprehensive to try something knew as the previous weren't the greatest. Caterwings keep you updated on your order and are more than willing to speak over the phone.
We ordered through SaladDays and turns out the guy I spoke to on the phone when confirming where the order should be delivered to, decided he would personally deliver our order so it would be done correctly. Top class service! Will definitely order again! :)

Customer service was fantastic and they really understood what we were looking for.

I was assigned the daunting task of arranging breakfast and lunch meals for in office meetings, and I was at a complete loss trying to make sense of the various web sites and local restaurants that were recommended to me by my office admin.

I came upon Caterwings, and with their help, they were quickly able to come up with several meal suggestions that precisely met our needs. They were able to handle various sizes for the different days, coordinate across different caterers for on time delivery, and most importantly, the food that was delivered was a smashing hit!!
