100% honesty here. I have Alpha-gal Syndrome. I've had to give up anything and everything mammal. Including anything 'gummy' and most candies. But I can have these vegan candies!

Solid product, Shameless business practices

I like the products ordered roughly $100ish of various items.
Noted on the order itself the business engaged in multiple attempts to addon, upsell, and trick the user.
So much so I almost backed out of the order.
But I went forward with it anyways cause hey maybe they are good gummies(they are)
I remember distinctly being asked if I wanted to subscribe for re-up
I chose to decline that offer
Figured I would wait till I tried them
Well behold this morning I get an email saying hey your shipment is about to be ready
I said odd cause I already got it a month ago
Well they decided I didn't opt out and were getting ready to charge me again for another shipment
I head to the site, find a way to unsubscribe and move on with my life
Sadly I probably would have bought more from them but due to the very clearly designed to trick the end user website
I will not be following up with a future purchase
Guys simply put let your product stand on it own don't play a game of gotcha at checkout.

I think the candies taste pretty darn…

I think the candies taste pretty darn yummy. My first order was a big one so I’m glad I like them. The peach, strawberry, cherry and raspberry are some of my favorites.
I had reason to reach out to customer support, they responded quickly and solved my issue. I am looking forward to keeping these in ready supply.

Please don't fall for the TRAP, Never again!

I saw someone else state their practices are sketchy. SO TRUE. Please don't fall for the TRAP.
There is NO "view cart" option before you purchase via mobile, which accounts for probably 70% of their orders. So you never see a total, never see the subscription fine print either. Why? Because the prices are extremely high. The product is OK, but NOT for a $135 monthly subscription for 40 small bags of candy. To see the price, I went through PayPal, which usually defaults back to confirm the total with the merchant. THIS DOES NOT. It auto-pays, and then you don't receive an order confirmation including the price. THEN they send the shipment email (no price) AFTER it's out the door, so you can't address it before the order goes out. When I called customer service, they said, "Sorry, the order is gone, and for your troubles, we will take off 30% from your next order." NEXT? Not the order they just scammed you out of! Unethical practices, intentional withholding of prices/totals/order confirmations from their customers. Just be transparent! Perfect name for the brand, though, not for the food, but for their customer service and mobile site user experience. SHAMELESS. I will be returning to sending as soon as I get it!

Shameless Snacks are delish! I am enjoying all the flavors, as I just ordered a huge box. When I am craving something sweet, I just crab a few and my craving is satisfied and I know that I am not indulging in a lot of calories. Shameless Snack Gummies

I enjoyed all of the flavors of the Shameless gummies, and especially the sour ones. The pineapple and mango are my favorite. Plus they are low in calories and sugar for a guiltless treat.

These gummies are delicious

These gummies are delicious. They're the perfect texture, and I love the variety of flavors. It's amazing to me that they can be low calorie, low carb, and high fiber, which I have a hard time getting in my high protein diet. You don't just get a tiny little bag; it's actually a good size snack.

I would highly recommend these to anyone trying to get more fiber in their diet or just looking for a low calorie snack.

I absolutely LOVE Shameless Snacks!

I absolutely LOVE Shameless Snacks! I can eat the whole bag and not feel guilty about a sweet treat, because it’s only 3 grams of sugar a bag!
The only flavor of all the wonderful flavors that I didn’t like is the cola flavored. All the rest are WONDERFUL!
Their customer service is the best, too!

I stopped subscription in February

I stopped subscription in February. I received a charge in March.

I have proof of my cancellation but I can’t seem to connect with customer service. They don’t email or call so I can get this straightened out.

I’ve tried calling, emailing leaving messages. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Fantastic product zero service They…

Fantastic product zero service They provide an email address to contact for service but apparently no one monitors it or responds. I wanted the change my frequency and quantity but could not get a response. I finally had to cancel and re-subscribe to get what I wanted.

Worst possible customer service 😡

I was inadvertently signed up for a subscription. When I received a notice that a shipment was processing, I IMMEDIATELY contacted customer support and was told that there was nothing they could do to stop it. I was then informed that I should cancel the subscription online to prevent any future deliveries BUT **there is no way whatsoever to cancel your subscription online.** 😡
I had wanted to refuse the package delivery and have it sent back to the vendor (because, of course, they have a crappy return policy), but Uni Uni only DELIVERS packages, they will not accept them.
Even if I wanted the product, at this point I am so disgusted with the way they handled eveything, that I will be dumping the package in the trash.
SHAME ON YOU, Shameless, for your truly awful computer system and your completely sh*tty customer service.
Horrible company. AVOID!!!! ⚠️

Addendum (added 3/30/2026):
After she reached out, I spoke with Sharon Watson (liason between the customer and the CEO of Shameless). She acknowledged that there were some issues that the company could improve upon and expanded on some of the ways they are trying to be more customer-friendly. While I will not order from them again, perhaps in the near future, other customers might benefit from these positive changes.

They're the gold coins of the healthy snack world

The fine-print subscriptions are just the start of their sketchy practices. They follow it up with a half dozen instant add-ons with deceptive buttons that fool you into clicking them and there's no way to go back, my total doubled with one mis-click. Their automated customer service will reply to your requests as soon as they are sure the order is shipped and can't be adjusted. They could be the best snacks in the world, I'll never buy from them again.

I really enjoy these gummy’s a lot

I really enjoy these gummy’s a lot. But the company has a lot of issues getting back to people and the customer service department needs an upgrade. You are a business you’re selling a product. You need to answer questions to your clients and customers to assure that they’re getting a good product and satisfactory. Customer service is a step one to this process. I’m a business marketing major and you guys are doing everything wrong. You would sell more product if you had a better system. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing anymore because it is frustrating to cancel a subscription or even to get in touch with someone about a concern or a unsatisfactory complaint but no one wants to reach out and learn more about that how to be better it’s really too bad.

Purchasing online is a scam!

I had a horrible experience shopping with Shameless Snacks! I purchased online and checked out normally and after it queued other products that it thought you may like. When I clicked one to see if I may be, it just went to the next queued item. I did not realize it was generating another transaction work $96.
When I realized I immediately called the customer service line and sent an email, this was months ago and I still have not received a response to those inquiries. I was sent an auto response basically stating if you reach out a second time your inquiry would be deprioritized and sent to the back of the line. I gave it a few days and when I didn't receive a response I disputed the second charge. I finally received a response (form another company called BUG MD) to the dispute basically threatening to fight it and they would only give me the refund if I withdrew the dispute. When I did, they refunded all but $25. When I reached out again and they said they received a dispute charge and were charging it back to me. Luckily my banked assisted with fighting it again but I almost lost the dispute because they lied to the bank and said they sent me the product and provided them with a fraudulent tracking number. They refunded another $19 and I just gave up on the last $6. I would never work with them EVER again. Oddly enough I saw they were at target and tried them that way. The candy itself taste pretty good, I didn't notice a change in digestion other then some gas...but the experience I had buying online would not allow me to support this company in any way.

Sour gummy candy

I tried their variety pack of "sour gummy candy" and it was very refreshing to try candy that actually tastes like fruit. Even better, the ingredients aren't terribly bad for you.

The only thing I think they could do better is quality control because some of the pieces are too hard, too chewy, and difficult to eat while most are a perfect soft and gummy consistency.
