Perfect service. I wanted black wheels instead of white or red. Black was not advertised on their website, but they sourced them for me anyway. Owner of the store answered her phone (mobile number) even on a Sunday when they are closed. I saved £80 using a discount code. Very happy!
We are currently waiting over a month for an item which they claim is 'In Stock' still today on their site.
No communication from them at all. They don't even pick up the phone, I'm almost starting to think this is a SCAM site.
Very disappointed.
Product (yoyo+ stroller) turned up in Perfect Order with a swift delivery, however it was meant to come with a free cup holder, but it never did.
For that reason I’m afraid it’s just 3 stars.
Having corrected the the problem I’m now happy to adjust my star rating.

Before placing my order, I contacted Eat, Sleep Love as regards a discount code which didn't seem to work. The response was immediate - that particular code didn't work on the items I have selected but I was given another even better one!
After I placed my order, I received a personal email explaining that some of the items were out of stock, apologising and informing me that I would receive the entire order once everything had been received. I was given an estimated timescale and everything was delivered as promised the following week. Excellent customer service all down the line - no complaints at all!
Excellent customer service from the first interaction. They could teach some of the larger baby & children retailers a few lessons on service, customer experience, issue resolution and online delivery speeds. I would 100% recommend to friends and family.
