I needed to up grade my PC and was fortunate to come across Eddie from EB IT Support
I explained my requirements, and, as someone who can only manage to turn the computer on was grateful for his expertise and knowledge
Eddie did the work required efficiently and had my computer working again
I had a couple of queries after he left and again he sorted them quickly and without any fuss

I had a rapid response to my enquiry - very unusual these days! Eddie made an appointment to come to my house and arrived exactly when he said he would.
He made sure my main worry was sorted - thought I might have a lurking Trojan - and cleared up other problems. He also went over and above by speaking to the people whose solar panels I have as I couldn't follow the instructions they gave me to re-connect my a/c to the internet.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Couldn't have done more to help. Spent an hour and a half trying to get back into the PC. As part of the service Eddie even offered to take the PC back to the office and reconstruct there. He backed all the files up to external HDD and reinstalled windows. If there was a problem he left a card with his number. Couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. professional and friendly. Highly recommended

Did what they said they would do
Did what they said they would do, and in spite of not being able to repair the laptop due to finding more things having to be done to make it work, and we chose not to go a head with it in the end. Whilst this was our choice they only charged what they said they would for the call out, which is extremely fair.
