The dehumidifier is absolutely amazing! We are so happy with how much water it’s collecting and how quiet it is! Cheap to run and so efficient. Highly recommend!

The humidifier was easy to order. Delivery was quick. All I needed to was leave the unit to rest for 2 hours and then switch it on. It started in smart mode and appears to be running fine. It's quiet and currently filling the condensate bin daily.

I bought this model(2650e) to replace an older 2650e that had more than done it's time with no issues at all over many many years. Same overall design but now with smart controls and much easier to set up and use. Ordering was easy and delivery was completed as advised. It quickly brings the humidity to the right levels with the added bonus of warming the air in the room it's in, as well as drying the air throughout the house (3 bedrooms) which in turn makes the central heating more efficient and thereby saving money. Roughly 30-40p per day to run which is more than made up for by the shorter central heating run times required to heat the house. Would I recommend Ebac. Yes I certainly would.

We have 3 ebac dehumidifiers. Started using again recently after changing filters. Started up perfect despite being stood unused for months. Also contacted ebac twice recently for info. Helpful and spot on advice. Love this company, thank you

This humidifier was a replacement for one I had for about 10 years it was from a well known company and had served me well but it was quite noisy I couldn’t believe the difference when I turned on the Ebac I had just bought it is quiet and very smooth in running I can even have it in my bedroom running all night and I also was very pleased with the price

This company is rude and unhelpful, and their dehumidifiers are rickety and insubstantial. The cover doesn’t easily shut flush and the water extraction isn’t as effective as it could be. They have also gone out of their way to be petty and almost vindictive, entirely lacking in basic customer service. For a small business, it’s surprising these are qualities they would allow or encourage in their staff - presumably word of mouth is important to them? I have two Meaco Arretes that works much better, I’d strongly recommend buying one of those instead. Much less hassle and a much more effective product.
