Great Product
Last November we purchased a 4000 series 18L which made a significant improvement in reducing the humidity, which, tends to be higher living in a coastal town. We decided to take advantage of your sale offer and replace our ageing 3000 series with the 4000 series 21L. A good decision given the weather change and higher humidity levels. Some days, both have needed emptying more than once. Discovered the 3000 had a leaky tank which will be replaced and the machine retained as back-up when required. Cannot recommend EBAC highly enough.

Does the job very well!
Really happy to have been able to use a discount to finally buy a dehumidifier. Does the job quietly and doesn’t heat up the room. It’s easy to set up and use, and easy to empty the tank. We live in woodland so the house is naturally quite damp and we’re down from 82% humidity to 65% in a week.

Ordered my second dehumidifier directly from Ebac. The delivery was prompt and they confirmed they’d automatically registered the warranty. In my old property they are great for controlling damp and are brilliant for drying clothes as well as being economical to run. Highly recommend.

Ebac dehumidifier proved itself reliable over 10 years
Bought another ebac dehumidifier after the last one ran 24hrs a day for 10 years. Even then I suspect the last one got broken rather than failed. Very quick, free delivery on the new one and hoping it lasts as well.

Good equipment
I like my dehumidifier, it's got a really well designed water collection bottle, never spills. Has run reliably all winter for a few years now, only needs an occasional filter change (which was the order prompting this review)

The product is great, delivery terrible
I had an initial problem with delivery (typical problem of giving time slot and then saying they arrived an hour before with no communication (they didn't)-so waited a lot longer than expected. I am very surprised how many courier companies let down the companies they work for.). There was also a plug left in a hose so we kept getting error code and had to empty machine manually. After this we now have a fully functioning wonderful machine that is quiet and very efficient.
