Great product
Website is very user friendly. This is our 2nd Ebac. The 1st one is still going strong but we’ve had it for years so thought it time for an upgrade. Delivery was quick & easy. The new Ebac is much nicer to look at & provides more information, very easy to use. We wouldn’t be without our Ebac, great product from a great company.

So good, we bought another one.
Bought the same product as before,as we have been very pleased with it. Only minor issue is that this second unit is a little noisier than the first when the motor is running.
Otherwise fine.

Certain dehumidifiers are not provided with castors
Happy with my Dehum but not informed during ordering that if ordered after 12 noon you would not receive delivery the next day, so I waited in unnecessarily :-(

Excellent product. If only you made fridge/freezers, as well, free standing, 2 mtrs tall, but 55 cms wide! Made in the UK, excellent support, hassle sometimes though, loyal and worth it…!

It’s a great little machine
It’s a great little machine. It’s so much quieter than my previous one. And I can leave it one for hours or end and still taking water out of the atmosphere.
Currently use it drained to a sink directly. Would be nice to know the pipe dimensions of which wasn’t mentioned on the box or description. I can order these directly but Screwfix should have the option to purchase this alongside the unit.

All-round great product 3650e Dehumidifier
All-round great product (dehumidifier 3750e) super efficient, much more so than a famous Italian brand model which only lasted a couple of years!
Added bonus - a brilliant and economical way to help dry clothes inside on the ‘clothes dry’ setting.
And it’s made in the UK.
Ebac have recently passed cost savings on to their customers via lower prices - not a common occurrence in today’s economic climate.
Companies like this need more support!
