So, I live in europe and needed a specific cable sold by thease guys and so I bought it and everything was fine until it reached the neighboring country where it was stuck for 3 weeks after investigating I found out that usps (the shipping they offerd) would not send parcels to my country and haven't been for almost exactly 1 year from writing this, so I emailed them abaut my frustration and then they spat right back in my face accusing me of accusing them of stealing and thus they refunded my money and told me to consider it a gift and that left me dumb founded becosce at the time it still seemed that my parcel would remain undelivered and then with his 14 years of experience he told me never to buy something from there store ever again as they work too hard to work with anyone whom would cause them of stealing, like first of all don't worry ill never buy anything from you people again so do not fear secondly if I buy something from you we aren't working together I don't know what all that was about, lastly I want to pat one of there employees on the back and I if you are reading this you know who you are, you where professional, and fixed my problem within 2 days and had I simply had talked to you then I wouldn't have had my money refunded and I would have placed several more orders.

In short: good product, bad communications and 1 individual who knows what they are doing and 1 that with 14 years of experience still has no idea

The 1 star rating is for one of your employees thinking they have the right to lecture your customers

The 20 AH 48v. battery froze up after 400 miles. Ebikekit customer service concluded that my battery could not be repaired and that it was now worthless.
Ebikekit's website does not accept anything but a five star review so I am unable to warn potential customers there.

I bought their heavy duty, rear wheel from ebikekit.com. It arrived reasonably quick and in good condition. It was fairly easy to install. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, but I think it wouldn't be difficult for anyone to do. It goes over 20 mph and it's nice using the throttle and not having to pedal unless you want the exercise. I had a little difficulty with the pedal assist so I called ebikekit.com. I had to leave a message, but they called back and let me know the settings I needed to adjust were in the manual. Yep, brilliance on my part to do the man thing and not read the manual. Once I went in to the settings and ensured the sensor on the crank was correctly aligned, it worked great.

Bottom line, great gear and good customer support.

We have a pair of 98 speed trikes coupled together, one behind the other by replacing the front wheel with a bracket that's attached to a ball hitch on the front bike. This allows my wife (who has Multiple Sclerosis) and I to ride safely together.

The folks at E-BikeKit were understanding of our need and figured out how to assemble a kit to fit our bikes. They wired a 20" electric hub wheel kit for my front wheel with just enough wire to house the battery at the back of my bike.They did this at no extra charge and made sure everything worked fine for us.
