So far I’m happy with Ebikelettrica…

So far I’m happy with Ebikelettrica (ebikelettrica.com). Dispatch looks on track with delivery due tomorrow. I contacted them for an order update and they responded really quickly and clearly. Good communication — I’ll update after delivery/installation.

HELLO,
I was extremely satisfied with the settlement of my order No. 382 of (25 November 2021) and the delivery date of 1 December 2021 and the helpfulness of the eBikeettrica company.

I would especially like to thank Danielle, who recommended this solution to me on November 24, 2021

We are really sorry that does not fit with your bike.
The solution is to buy the Fat bike extension 120 mm for the Active Torque and replace it.
We don't have it online on our site only in our warehouse.
You can order this one on our site because the price is the same but we'll send you the right, that for Active Torque.but we'll send you the right one for you.

I now have the Active Torque 500W FAT RACE BB100mm engine
replace to the Active Torque 500W FAT RACE BB120mm and I'm finishing its assembly on my FAT Snow-bike.
