First-Class Experience Buying My E-Bike

I can’t speak highly enough of EBike Republic. From the very first email, Bryn and the team went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, personal, and stress-free.

Communication was excellent at every stage — clear, friendly, and always quick to reply. They kept me fully updated on payment, order confirmation, and delivery arrangements, which gave me real peace of mind.

The fact that the bike was delivered to my door, fully built and ready to ride, with a proper handover and demonstration, really shows the level of service they provide. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, and handled with genuine care.

I had a few specific needs due to health reasons, and EBike Republic treated me with kindness and understanding throughout. They made me feel like more than just a customer, and I’m truly grateful for that.

If you’re considering buying an e-bike, I would 100% recommend EBike Republic. Professional, reliable, and genuinely caring — they’ve given me not just a bike, but a boost in independence and confidence.

They did a great job servicing my ebike and fitting new, slimmer, tyres.

We’re genuinely sorry for the confusion around the collection. As mentioned at the time, we would call you as soon as the bike was fully ready for collection, which we hadn’t done before you made your first trip.

The invoice was sent ahead of time for convenience, but we can see how that might have been taken as confirmation that the bike was ready. On this day, we were still waiting for the new tyres to arrive, which they fortunately did later that same day—allowing for collection a few hours after you had made your first trip.

Friendly and very helpful

Friendly and very helpful, my first experience on an e-bike Bryn just let me go and enjoy the best time I’ve ever had on a bike. I would definitely recommend and I will be looking to get my next e-bike from this company.

They refurbished a bike I hadn’t used…

They refurbished a bike I hadn’t used for a good few years and did a good job at a reasonable price. I would give 5 stars but for one thing - the rear tyre had a slow puncture.

Happy rider

The staff in the shop were amazing, after purchasing a bike and it not really meeting my expectations, it was very quickly rectified, I’m now the proud owner of a bike that fulfills and exceeds my needs 100%

Half price bike

Purchased an Ebike that was half the original price, ex display model and it's perfect for what I need.
I was shown all the workings and step by step guide to using it. Really pleased with the company.

Brilliant customer service.

Bought my first e-bike from Bryn and he has been brilliant from day one, it has been a couple of weeks since I picked up the bike and the customer service is still excellent. I will 100 percent be using Ebikerepublic in the future.

Excellent customer service by Bryn…

Excellent customer service by Bryn .took my boardman E Bike was having issues with the breaks and chain ring. Picked the bike up full explanation of both problems and that the bike was now back to full working order . Would definitely recommend and a very reasonable price

I took my Tenways CGO600 to the Whaley…

I took my Tenways CGO600 to the Whaley Bridge branch of eBike Republic as it was malfunctioning and I received an excellent service from Bryn. He quickly diagnosed the issue and kept me informed all the way during the repair. He ordered the parts from Tenways and repaired my bike to an excellent standard. Cannot recommend Bryn and eBike Republic enough.

I bought a Tenways bike from Ebike…

I bought a Tenways bike from Ebike Republic and it was delivered within two days ready to use. I'm very happy with the bike itself so far, but ER has been excellent from advising me, to assisting with the order and paperwork (bought through the Cycle to work scheme), responding to emails and arranging fast delivery.
