Please excuse my long diatribe, but I want to provide some context as to why I like eBuy7.com. The short answer is they they provide good service, have great prices and offer an extensive selection.

I placed my first order on eBuy7.com because they were the only place were I was able to find an non-standard electrical connection. I had previously purchased these connectors through AliExpress, but the seller discontinued them immediately after a place an order. Because I had never heard of eBuy7.com and the price was half of what I just paid on AliExpress, I had reservations about ordering through them, but I had no other option because I needed these connectors and no one else was selling them. To my pleasant surprise, eBuy7 fulfilled my order and I've place more since without any problems.
As others have complain, eBuy7 has notified me one day after each order that it would cost more than they had initially quoted for shipping. Considering the lower prices, I've still come out well ahead ordering through eBuy7. So I've had no regrets.
There is another issuer with eBuy that purchasers should be aware of: they don't provide tracking information. The tracking number eBuy furnishes is worthless. When I place my first order, this and other things lead me to believe that I had been ripped off. That's not the case, but it would be nice if they fixed there tracking information to provide the actually shipping number rather than a worthless processes number.
My last order involved some unusual stainless machine handwheels. A couple days after I placed the order, the vender contacted me to verify my specifications. I was happily surprised and inquired if I could make some changes. The vender accommodated my request without additional charge. It was a very nice and professional experience.
So far, I am extremely satisfied with eBuy7 and I'm preparing another order with them for some industrial casters that are 50% more expensive on Amazon, eBay, and AliEpxress. No doubt, eBuy7 is going to notify me after ordering that the shipping is going to cost a little more, but it's still going to be a lot cheaper than any other source I've check, including Banggood.

Great service, communication, packaging

When ordering an item, you have to agree to an agreement, which states that in case their shipping cost estimate was off, you might have to pay extra when they calculate the final price after you have paid for your order. Sounds OK, until you pay $9.51 for shipping in advance, and a few days later you get an e-mail asking for an extra $8.28. Now I'm paying almost as much for the shipping as the cost of the item I ordered. If I had known it will end up costing this much, I might not have ordered in the first place.

I'm simply delighted with my online shopping experience. First it was the only site able to source specific and hard to find products (technical nature). The Sales and customer service Team (in my case Wing) is outstanding and putting anytime the customer first. While shipment may seem uncommon at first, processing is done as declared on the Website and even better. Any problem is quickly and professionally solved with the customer interest in mind. Shipment by ePacket and tracking was excellent, accurate and fast (from China to Indonesia). The ordered and received products were brand new, perfectly packed, fully functional and matching exactly the original broken item to replace. I can only warmly recommend the platform and I would rate my shopping experience on ebuy7.com as the best one compared to other well known platforms. Good product, nothing exact in the UK. Expected to receive it few weeks earlier, but the product is made to order so it is not readily available to ship. You are buying from China, so expect delivery cost and duty to pay. However the product is great and customer service is excellent. I was in touch with customer service throughout and they are very useful and keeps you up to date. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Just read the shipping agreement before paying to receive good service. Website always has good prices and good customer service.

I started buying from this site last month, made 3 purchases so far, no problems. I chose fedex as shipping method, as a result all goods were delivered within 1 week, which is very good considering I live in italy and covid is slowering down international shipments
