Dayana was fantastic and solved my issue immediately, and first time too!

I had to email EcardForest with a query about a birthday card not being delivered. I received a quick response confirming delivery but advising that they would also resend it. It turns out the original delivery and follow up delivery, were delivered successfully but were quarantined by the employer's firewall! The employer released them for quarantine and all was well!

The issues was picked up and resolved quickly, which allowed me and team to facilitate the pot.

Great service, this is not the first time we have used it with colleagues from different countries.

One of the improvements I can suggest is clearer page navigation. Namely, when filling out cards, users who do it for the first time do not understand that you can turn the page and write a greeting on the next free page and very often write everything on one first page.
