I created an ecard for my friends wedding. It's easy for distributing and can view on mobile phone. The founder is also very helpful to get me the Chinese PDF file!

I initially got completely lost trying to send the card to the recipient and genuinely thought I had lost the money I contributed. However, Dayana from customer service helped me within a few minutes. She was calm, patient, and extremely helpful, and she quickly resolved the issue for me. I’m very grateful for her support.

i was not able to download my PDF receipt due to company firewall so i sent an email requesting one be sent to me instead. Dayana replied and sent me the PDF version of the receipt the very next day so i was very happy with speed and communications regarding this. Thankyou Dayana :)

First time experience with EcardForest. Reasonable selection of cards and straightforward to create, sign and deliver. I did have a hiccup in that my card was somehow duplicated, but the support team responded promptly, were professional yet friendly, and resolved things without any drama or delay. Ability to share, download and/or schedule delivery of the signed card covered all the bases too.

The email address used for me to receive my card and collection was my work one which was about to be switched off. I emailed EcardForest with my dilemma and they expedited my voucher immediately so I could download it before losing access to my emails.

I accidently put the recipient's email address instead of mine in billing information. Dayana quickly corrected the mistake and was very responsive. Thank you!

I was given an EcardForest card but when I came to use it , I was told it had expired. I contacted customer support and within an hour Dayana had sorted the issue which was a huge relief to me. From them on, the card was very easy to use. Excellent customer support.

Ecard Forest basically organised the card and gift for us as a colleague was leaving. The process was so easy, basically I chose a card and then send the link in an email to everyone to sign. Even better there was a donation link to pay money towards a gift card which the recipient then chooses once you forward the link onto them which has the card and gift options. Thank you so much Dayana as you were very prompt also in replying to my question that was already answered if I looked properly on the site. Definitely recommend this company for e-cards and gifts 🌸🫶
